- Reviews:My wife’s French onion soup was perfect as was the French Bread. My daughter’s Seafood Fettuccine lacked a little in the seafood category, but the sauce was delicious. My lobster was extremely small portion and the mashed potatoes were a barely soft solid ball of brownish gray and not hot. The vegetables were undercooked and barely warm. My wife asked for a glass of plain hot water and it was served in an obviously dirty brown stained coffee glass mug. The desserts were to die for and we loved the patio seating were we watched the sunset over the Pacific Ocean with the exception that it overlooked the stand alone tam-shaped public restroom. Prices were reasonable and would have been totally appropriate had the food been better prepared. Minus the dirty glass the service was very good, although are waiter did not introduce himself but otherwise very friendly. We did order from their bakery counter on a way out and it was delicious for breakfast the next morning.By Eric Nunez (a year ago)Overcooked food had to send it back and lost appetite, ahi sandwich no flavor no sauce, fake cheese and overcooked, overcooked chicken in the Alfredo rock hard chicken, understaffed restaurant, the building is very old and falling apart, food definitely looks better online than it actually is. The waiter was nice, but kitchen clearly doesn’t know how to cook and definitely can’t handle being busy. I will not be back ever again. Amazing food and ambiance that will take you to Paris. Chair tea lattes were amazing with or without coffee both tasted great! I had the ham cheese and spinach crepe which was not on the menu but was super delicious! I used my table bread for the extra cheese and it was perfect! my husband had the French toast that was stuffed with cheese and orange marmalade. Tasted so fresh and yummy! His breakfast came with breakfast potatoes, bacon and eggs all cooked to perfection and a small side of salad that had a light vinaigrette on it that I finished with my crepe. bon appetit it was amazing! the dessert tray is full of amazing desserts and was hard to pass up! The thing I DIDN’T appreciate was that the person we complained about was reprimanded while we were still there. THAT was uncomfortable! 🤦🏻♂️ That’s poor management in my book. Our waiter was amazing and very nice! The food was mediocre at best for the exorbitant prices! Not sure I’ll go back. Why is it so difficult to find a good breakfast place in South Orange County? Delicious food and beautiful ambiance! I ordered French fries for an appetizer and almond crusted salmon salad for an entree. I shared both with a friend and couldn’t finish. Of course that warm bread and butter is a yummy way to start the meal too! I love this restaurant and have brought clients to it for celebration meals too.
Love, love Cheesecake Factory! There was no wait on Thursday around 4pm, service was very fast, and we had an amazing server (thanks Danielle D)! Great ambience and decor. I got the Madeira chicken and caramel pecan turtle cheesecake for dessert. Both are to die for!! The bread basket before dinner was also delicious. Others in my party felt the same about their meals.

I have to say the staff went above and beyond for us.
We celebrated our Mom’s 99th birthday here. The staff treated her like royalty. I wish I could remember our terrific waitresses name but she never got flustered with our large group, was super cool and awesome.
Oh man! The cheesecakes we got were amazeballz!!

Always good tasting food. (The meatloaf recipe has changed during the Pandemic; we are requesting you bring the old recipe back.) The waitress was exceptional! I can’t remember her name, but she knew to put in the appetizer order first due to some hungry individuals and come back to get our dinner order. This way, the dishes came out one after another with minimal wait time. Can’t wait to try a new dish next time. Free parking and restrooms in venue.
Literally the dream place for my husband who loves the authentic American foods… you will get a menu with ocean wide diverse selection that you need around 10 mins to browse, digest and decide what do you want to go for… I love that they also provide the lower calories version of many popular dishes! Waiters are amazing! I hope there is one near my home !
