I came for emergency 3 weeks ago gave the girl my card she send in to my old insurance company now I have to wait another 3 weeks it’s ridiculous they getting worse and worse at Capitol Smile Forreal after they fix my teeth I’m never going back to this dental office again they are a mes Forreal.. they deserve No stars

  2. If I had an option to give it a zero I would. That place was so ghetto and all over the place. My appointment start @ 10:30am by the time I got back there it was 11am it shouldn’t take that long to take me. Don’t go to Dr. G that girl didn’t even clean my mouth good at all. Not even toothpaste. I came one time and never coming back.

  3. They Advertise one thing and outsource out to other Dentist ! They just wanna Bill you for unnecessary Dental Work ! Just go directly to a Oral Surgeon ! Dentistry is the biggest Pomp Game of medical care ! After all the waiting and running around ! They told me to hit up Eastern Dental ! GTFOH ! Not the Butchers of Dentistry ! I’m Good ! Tom Hanks and a Ice Skate would suffice before I go to them for anything ! WARNING ! Do waste your time here ! Staff was Cool ! The DDS was full of BS ! I wanted a Extraction not a Root Canal ! Money Money Money with these sheisters ! Not Today Buckaroo ! So Done !

  4. They were accommodating considering the lack of staffing. I would suggest not using their online services to book the appointment. Dr. G was very quick and thorough. I came in as a new patient and cleaning. My only question is, when do we stop giving toothbrush, toothpaste and floss after a cleaning?

  5. This is the Crown Prince The Emperor, this Dr Chipped 8 teeth when cleaning and vibrated my gold tooth out my mouth she is Dangerous and about making a return patient I’m Sueing. By the way my teeth hurt, front tooth is missing and my teeth now get the chills

    well, the doctor and his assistants were rude. there’s only one doctor and the rest are assistants. very rude and not very sympathetic. asked some question on my procedure and it seemed like i was bothering them by wanting to know what they’re going to do to my teeth? very poor attitude. along with assisting us, it is also their job to reassure their patients, and warmly let us in if what they’re doing for us. imagine if i came there scared.. it would only give me more anxiety considering how rude and unsympathetic they are. i wouldn’t recommend going here.

    I was very scared of the dentist because of a bad experience but it was very nice here my experience was very nice. The dentist was very nice and wasn’t scared I will be returning this will be my dentist from now on 😁

    I got two root canals done here i was so scared prior to coming, but the dentist was actually very gentle, the entire staff are very pleasant people and helpful. The staff are professional and really take care of your needs. I came back in 2 weeks to get my crowns done and i love them, they match perfectly to my original teeth. I recommend this dentist branch to everyone. They are better than eastern dental i love this place.

    If i could give this place negative stars i would! First they didn’t fill all of my cavities. They missed a few. Then they scheduled me an appointment on a day they were closed without calling me to reschedule. As if that wasn’t enough they made me wait over a month for a preauthorization from my insurance company that never came! I finally told them to just give me my records and i went around the corner to capitol smiles. So far i love this new office. They are very professional clean and extremely friendly. But as for i smile… NEVER GO THERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT! TERRIBLE PLACE!!!

    This was my first time meeting Dr. Peter and he immediately put me at ease. He took the time to explain everything to me. I was having one front tooth extracted and two crowns replaced and a bridge put on. It came out perfect; Looks like my real teeth! He is an excellent dentist and professional can’t say enough about him! I hope I never have to go to anybody else for my problem teeth! He is the best!

    I really appreciate the excellent service I always receive at every appointment! I was a bit nervous at my last appointment but what really helped settle my nerves was Dr.Tyler kindly explaining each part of the procedure. This way I knew what to expect. I really appreciated that! I’ve been coming to this dental office for years and I will continue to make the commute (about an hour) because the staff is so great! From the moment I walk in until the moment I walk out, I feel like I’m in good hands and they truly value me as a customer!

    I’ve been coming to this location since I was a child. I have to say everyone plays a part in their role and are very professional. When you enter, the place is always clean organized then you are greeted by beautiful front desk women. Your appointment time is always respected so I dont wait long. Then the job dynamic between the assistant and doctor is flawless. I met Dr. Tyler today and I must say I felt like I was talking with a friend. Im pretty sure him and I would’ve been friends. I have been to many dental places and never had the same experience as i do here.. All I have to say is please keep up the good work and I will always keep coming to this place because they understand the idea of respecting a patients time and keep it professional. I love this place. ❤

    Was in so much pain and my regular dentist was taking forever to get treatment plan with payment together. Called 1100 dental in an urgent situation and they were able to get me in same day and pain free all while being much cheaper! I live an hour away and driving to them is absolutely worth it!
