The kindness and professionalism of every member of the staff was so incredible and we could not be more thankful. We both have a lot of dental anxiety and we’d like to give Rachel a huge thank you for all the help she provided. Every single concern no matter how small was addressed with care and compassion. If you’re looking for a place with incredible admin staff, wonderful hygienists, and caring dentists this is the place to go. Highly recommend for those who may be nervous to take the jump for their dental health, even if it’s been a while!

  3. I’m not the biggest fan of the dentist but Monica at Northview Family dental turned my experience around. She makes you feel very comfortable and at ease sitting in that chair. You can tell she genuinely cares for the outcome of your experience there. I highly recommend this dentist. Thanks so much for helping me along my teeth journey.

  4. This is by far the best dentist I have been to in my 34 years of age. The environment is clean cozy and professional. The staff is AMAZING – big shout out to Char for taking extra time to make sure my teeth were aligned properly after my fillings. I would 100% recommend to anyone.

  5. I highly recommend Northview Family Dental. Everyone is exceptionally kind and informative. They provide amazing dental services. I love the results from my ZOOM! whitening. Monica made sure that I was comfortable throughout the dental whitening process, and she did an incredible job! I’m impressed by how bright my smile is and can’t stop smiling!

    My husband and I love coming here for all things dental the past few years. The service is amazing, the staff and doctors truly care about you, and above else listen. Just finished my first in house sedation for wisdom tooth extraction, and they were kind, quick, and thorough. I recommend anyone in the area to go check them out, you won’t be disappointed!!!!

    I’ve been on a 5 year hunt for a dentist that simply takes the time. Dr.Huish and his staff were pleasant and took all the time I needed to answer my questions and address my concerns. The office is clean, well designed, equipped with the best technology in the rooms, and filled with friendly, knowledgeable people. I left excited knowing I have ended my search for a good dental clinic!

    Dynamic dental care is by the best office I’ve ever been to. The amount of attention and care that was put into my appointment was amazing. Isaiah was my hygienist and had a very gentel touch while cleaning, he was informative and left me with a great feeling smile. Nothing compares!

    Great experience at Aspen Dental. I made appointment at the North Division office to identify a treatment plan on 3/31 they were great and very friendly. The cleanings was set for 4/3 and 4/4 based on my insurance requirements. My Hygienist was Nichole and she was extremely knowledgeable explaining everything she was going to do to me. She was pleasant and preformed her task without causing any pain. Everyone that I had contact with was wonderful smiling and easy to get along with.

    Very disappointing. Felt like a high-pressure sales experience rather than a caring service. I have always sought quality dental care and received top-notch services from family dentist offices. An insurance change limited me to Aspen Dental. The staff is kind, the facility is cold and institutional, and the equipment is poorly cleaned (I almost took a picture of the grim on the crevices of the instrument tool holder). The company’s overall focus is on profit rather than quality care for the client. This was indeed an odd experience that focused on sales rather than quality care. The good news is there are no surprises. I scheduled an appointment for a basic cleaning and a tooth repair. When making the appointment, I specifically confirmed the primary purpose of the visit was for a cleaning and tooth repair. Again, did the same when the office called to confirm/remind me of my appointment. Upon my visit, I was told by the receptionist that I may not get a cleaning today and that they needed to do an examination first, and then shared that maybe they could fix the tooth. Neither was done. Instead, I received a very thorough x-ray and dentist examination and was then asked to sit in a “green room” while the sales specialist prepared my ‘treatment plan summary.’ I was told that I am unable to get a basic preventive cleaning in spite of having this service completed 48 times over the last 25 years. Instead, I need a special deep cleaning that wasn’t completely covered by my insurance. My care plan totaled nearly $3000 and required seven visits. It was only on my seventh visit of the proposed plan that they would fix my broken front tooth with the typical composite repair for a total out-of-pocket cost of $15(this tooth was initially broken 37 years ago and has been repaired many times), I will be reaching out to management to get clarification on the treatment plan summary and will seek the desired treatment that I initially sought. My greatest frustration is that I wasted a sick day to get zero services requested. It is more beneficial for me to pay out of pocket for quality care at my family dentist rather than support this office.

    I was charged around $1350 for deep cleaning 7 teeth and a tooth they were going to replace the crown on. Every appointment I had a different Dr or tech. There was some confusion between the sales dept, the Dr’s and what work was to be done. This confusion ended in me receiving and paying for a crown I didn’t need. The only thing they were interested in was selling implants that I told them from the start I could not afford. The equipment did not work efficiently and upon closer examination was not as clean as you would have expected. I would never recommend this place. At least get a second opinion and check what they are billing you for.

    UnitedHealthcare Dual Complete referred me to Aspen Dental when I called to see if they knew of a good dentist that accepts United Health Care Dual Complete. When I got there they gave me estimated prices and so I called United Health Care Dual Complete and was yelled at for not understanding the accent of who I was talking to and the voice on the phone told me to stay on the phone to speak to someone who knows English and I may have been talking to Aspen Dental because If indeed it was United Health Care Dual Complete customer service they sure were angry I asked first true pricing and was to go to school to understand their accent. All they wanted was to mess me up and take me over and give me implants and buy that watch one employees spoke about. That’s was a horrible experience for me too

    This really didn’t feel like a dental emergency like it says when searching. Yes walk ins are welcome but at the end of the day, their focus was mainly on getting you to pay for more dental work and not focusing on why you had a dental emergency. I went in with an infected tooth and my face was so swollen. I was in so much pain. The dr barely even looked at my infected tooth and was more worried about how much money he could get out of me for additional work. Then the office manager went over all the dental work they wanted me to pay for. The total was over 27,000 dollars. I’m sitting there in pain and that’s what they were worried about. They also almost sent me home without any antibiotics because the office manager said, and I quote “did the dr say you had an infection? I don’t remember him saying you had an infection.” While I am sitting in pain with a swollen face. If I didn’t push for antibiotics I probably would have ended up in the ER. Anyways, I will never come back to the dentist again. I would rather go to CHAS Clinic the here. 0/10 do not recommend
