After my crown was placed it didn’t feel quite right, and I was able to get in the next day to have it adjusted. The ladies at the front desk are awesome too. It’s clear there’s a culture of really good hospitality at this office; everyone there is awesome. I’ve been in 3 times now, and I’ve enjoyed how efficient it’s been, how pleasant everyone has been, and the transparency of the recommended treatments and billing. I was quickly seen after a chipped tooth caused me considerable pain over a weekend away! I had just recently moved to San Diego and hadn’t found a dentist yet. It was nice to be seen on such short notice. From there grew a positive relationship with the staff who took care of me. I want to mention Dr Prasad who is always patient and kind with my questions as well as Frank the Front Manager who is friendly and quick to check on things for me.
Thank you for great service! The dental hygienist was very nice and patient as I had forgotten to brush my teeth before coming 🙂 . But she did a great job and the office staff was very nice, which seems to be a rarity these days.
Great visit with Dr. Prasad & his dental hygienist Maria. They did a thorough deep cleaning and looked at a chipped, dislodged tooth andmade sire it’s properly set.
I went to Smiles of La Mesa to get some work done. I had a great experience. The doctors and the staff are attentive and professional. I felt comfortable and will definitely be coming back to this office again.
I’ve been coming to this dentist for the past 13 years! Every time I come in for a cleaning, they are very thorough and efficient. I also like that they give feedback for what I can do to keep my teeth nice and clean! As long as I live in San Diego, I will always come to Smiles of La Mesa 🙂
