  1. I was blown away by this dentist’s service and care. Everyone in the office has a great attitude. They were each highly professional, caring, courteous and friendly. In addition, their system makes it to where check-in is a breeze. We did the online paperwork which took about five minutes. When my husband checked in they just had to take his picture and that’s it and they had him in the back within a few minutes. I just can’t say enough good things about this place. They are great. We’re so happy we finally found our permanent dentist!

  2. From the moment I opened the door to the office I was received with warm smiles. The staff took me in and gently was worked on. I felt comfortable and at ease. I immediately liked the doctor when he came to greet me with a smile and friendly talk about what needed to be done priority wise. I highly recommend this office and staff. I look forward to my next appointment to start feeling better about my smile 😊

  3. Absolute best experience I have ever had at a dentist office.. I have had horrible past experiences, and avoided the dentist like the plague. Sarah was absolutely amazing, and calmed my nerves instantly.. she was wonderful at explaining each step. My experience with Dr. Atencio was short, but he seemed extremely intelligent and had great bedside manner.

  4. Atencio is hands down the best dentist I’ve been too. Anna Jane is my hygienist and she is always so kind and really cares about my experience. She always asks me about sensitivity and makes sure I’m feeling comfortable. Not only that but she always answers my questions even if I have a lot of them! I love this dentist office!

  5. So far so good! Today was my first appointment but let me tell you I was ecstatic when I left! Very impressed by the whole office staff! Professional, yet personable, explained in great detail in every day English instead of dental speak, what we were trying to accomplish. I filled out the paperwork online and was impressed they didn’t repeat the questions but instead stated a few things that showed me they HAD read what I sent. And, they were genuinely kind and and pleased that I had chosen their office and believe me, they DON’T need me, by the looks of it, they have plenty of patients. Oh, which reminds me, I didn’t wait at all.
    Looking forward to updating you after my next appointment. I have an 1.5 drive and I believe this office is more than worth it

    I am a Huge “Chicken” and get real high anxiety when going to the dentist. I had my first awesome experience today at the Reno Dentist. From the moment I walked in the door, I was treated so nice and so much respect. Dr. Adam’s was so kind and gentle and very caring, along with his assistant Z.     I love it here, everyone is very friendly and welcoming. Dr Sykes and Dr. Adams have always portrayed such a gentleness and calmness. I used to be terrified of the dentist and they help me feel at ease and taken care of. Chris is the best!!! She is always very caring and truly loves what she does. As much as I do not look forward to my cleaning I always look forward to seeing her. She is one of the main reasons why I return everytime.

    Could not have had a better experience. I had called other dentists none of which took my insurance yet none of them offer cash payments. The Reno Dentist DID. I explained I have issues numbing and with Dr. Adams I had NO problems. They exceeded my expectations in EVERY way. Would definitely recommend. Thank you so much everyone at The Reno Dentist.

    Dr Sykes is my regular dentist and he is great! Also I just had a crown from a different dentist pop off, and his partner Dr Addams was available as soon as the office opened the next day saving my Christmas plans! This office is awesome can’t recommend them more.

    This is literally the best dentist office I’ve ever encountered! The receptionists are very nice welcoming and helpful. There offices are literally immaculate! Cleanest I’ve ever seen, very beautiful!! My dental hygienist is Anya she is very sweet, kind, receptive and a joy to talk to, I wish I had time to sit and talk with her! She was a pure joy! The dentist is also very nice and welcoming. Everyone who works there treats you kindly with dignity and respect. I truly recommend this dentist number one you won’t be unhappy with your visit.

    Everything about my visit was amazing, from checking in, x-rays, and getting all the dental work done, and checking out. All of the staff is super friendly. I had Maggie as my dentist to fix some enamel issues and was so happy with the results. The office is beautiful and you almost feel like you are going to a spa even though you are most likely going to the place you dread the most.

    I am pleasantly happy with my 1st visit as a new patient. Everyone from when I made my phone appointment to those at the front desk along with the assistant, hygienist were extra friendly and I felt comfortable Dr Rodriguez helped me to feel like I have been with them for a long time. She also made me at ease and very informative. Looks like I’ll be joining the dental family and happy about it. Highly recommend 👌

    I have been with Dr. Cercek for a couple years now and I have always been super pleased with her work and my cleanings. The staff is super friendly and the office itself is very clean and modern. I really like the membership they offer as I prefer to get cleanings every 3 months instead of 6 and with the membership I get 20% off including any other products or services I purchase. I definitely plan to continue using Village Dental for all my dental care needs.
