  1. I needed a last minute/emergency appointment and I got in within a week. This was my first visit here and everyone was very helpful and nice. The dentist was good at explaining what I needed to do. He was very reasonable and told me which treatments were necessary vs elective. Friendly and helpful overall!

I was a little anxious about going, as I had had a pretty bad experience at a different dental office, the last time I had gone, but Dr. Huangand the rest of the staff at Ninth East Dental made me feel like I was in good hands. The procedure was quick and as painless as these things can be. I’m happy I found this office, and know that I’ll be using them again in the future.

  3. Love this dentist! So clean and professional across the board. Also very reasonable when it comes to care; they don’t expect you to do everything all at once.

    Went here for about 5 years, but I’ve moved away from the area now and I’m having the hardest time finding someone of their caliber in Salt Lake. Thank you Ninth East team!

  4. I needed the bond on my front tooth replaced. I was looking for a dentist in provo and found good reviews for ninth east dental.i tried them, they took me pretty quickly, the other places I called would book out for weeks. My tooth is very nice looking and no pain.
    Update: I had a crown and a broken tooth pulled. Ninth East Dental did a nice job, were professional, and caring. I do have a hard time going to dentists because of childhood dental trauma, so I appreciate that.

  5. I’ve been going here since I moved to Provo nearly 5 years ago. I’ve been through many dentists in my life and Ninth East is one of the best dental experiences I have had. They do great work and never have tried to sell me something I haven’t needed. My wife and I have both been very pleased with every aspect of this office.

    It started off “you’re showing as a new patient needing a cleaning…if you’ve been to any other dentist it probably isn’t covered.” And then a slew of other reasons not to be seen. I explained my client isn’t new and he’s here to adjust his cap because he’s in pain” “I’m sorry he needs to reschedule” This office is pretty quaint and homely except I take empathy pretty seriously and the young woman would rather spend her time “proving someone called for a different reason” rather then let’s see if a doctor can adjust your cap just enough to remove the pain and then reschedule for a different day. Even after explaining I drove from almost lindon, picked up my client in Orem for his appointment. It was 8am and only one other person in the waiting room. We’re there why couldn’t she help out? That little gesture would have meant so much. Luckily, we were able to get a walk in at young family dental. I called them, they said “oh gosh, let’s see if a Dr can squeeze him in to get some relief right away. And then, yup go ahead and bring him in right now! Obviously we left right away. Even while walking out she was trying to prove the appointment was called in wrong She kept saying “see I’m listening to the call” I just left. This is ridiculous.

    Awesome first time visit. 5 stars! Office staff were friendly and efficient. It’s always a good sign when you see the appointment in front of you bring homemade salsa and chips for the staff. The cleaning was thorough and dental hygienist offered tips and tricks. Dentist was ready for final exam and I was in and out less than an hour. See you guys in 6 months!

    Since my wife and I have been coming to downtown dental we have realized that not all dental offices are the same , we are so pleased with the care that we receive at downtown dental every time we visit. They always give us straight talk about our dental work, and we have never felt pushed into something that we don’t want to do, they always give us options about our treatment , then they help us make the best choice for our dental care. Neither one of us has ever had a bad experience at downtown dental , it has always been a pleasant and positive place to go. I highly recommend Downtown Dental.

    Downtown Dental is amazing! I have really bad dental anxiety, and their staff has always made me feel listened to and comfortable. With their help, I’ve gone from only being able to manage coming to the dentist every few years to coming in every 6 months as recommended. I trust them to make good recommendations and take great care of my teeth. I can’t recommend them enough!

    I always have a positive experience at Dr. Hammond’s office. His staff is extremely friendly and Shay the hygienist does a fantastic job. Dr. Hammond did an absolutely incredible job on my veneers. I get a surprising amount I’d compliments on them! Would highly recommend.
