  1. Went in a couple days ago for a check up and I had a fantastic experience. The staff did a great job of reassuring me throughout the whole time I was there! They were nice, attentive and straight forward (in a good way). The usual stigma around visiting the dentist is tough, but they make it easy to want to come back! Thank you, ladies!

  2. I’ve had good and bad experiences with dentists throughout my lifetime, and my first visit to Timber Dental was overwhelmingly great! The receptionist who helped me before the appointment and with scheduling afterward was also so sweet and helpful. My hygienist and dentist were both so kind, personable, and down to earth – not to mention extremely gentle when doing x-rays and working in my mouth. I felt completely at ease, and was comfortable asking questions without feeling silly. I was pleasantly surprised by how modern everything was at the NE location, and loved that they involve patients in reviewing their own photos and x-rays so you really understand what’s going on.

    Overall, an extremely positive, stress-free experience. Happy to have found such a wonderful place!

  3. What a great experience. They were super nice, knowledgeable, and really made you feel cared for. Crista was really personable and did a gentle cleaning. The dentist Will laid out a manageable plan for my tooth issue and even fit me in for an emergency visit. Wow! I’m happy to be a patient here!!

  4. Can a visit to the dentists’ office be termed an “Experience”? Where many have dread about dental appointments, for me it has been simply a matter of prioritizing others’ needs over my own. I count myself fortunate that an urgent matter lead me to Timber Dental-Lombard.
    I’ve had two previous stress related heart attacks, so I’ve learned to avoid overt stress, to manage it when it occurs, and celebrate those who support my efforts.
    Timber’s dental professionals and clerical support staff are among those I celebrate. Empathetically affording me all I needed to know to make informed decision and respecting my choices was amplified by the kind spirit and pleasant environment.
    I am so delighted to have stumbled upon this location and grateful for being welcomed as a patient.

  5. My Latest appointment was with Dr. Heather Nicolas. She was amazing. Warm, highly competent and knowledgeable just a pure joy. My tooth extraction was as good as it gets. Also shout outs to dental assistants Shauna and Nu- kind, comforting and excellent. The entire staff is exceptional from the front desk person to the person who checks you out at the end. Love this dental office! They take the dread out and put lightness in. Highly recommend this practice for folks with dental phobias and everyone! They are the best!!

    This was by far the best dental experience I’ve ever had! I was visiting from out of town, and I ended up breaking half of a front tooth at a hockey game. The next morning I called PDX Center for Dentistry. Fortunately, they were able to fit me in that same day for an appointment within hours of calling. As soon as I arrived, everyone at the office was incredibly friendly and helpful. Dr. Seo assessed my situation with confidence and directness. He took the time to carefully fit a temporary tooth that honestly looked better than the original! I highly recommend this dentist to anyone in the Portland area who has dental needs!

    PDX Center for Dentistry squeezed me in on really short notice for a toothache. Their entire staff was friendly, and I was not kept waiting at all. Though I hadn’t been there before, they have a very modern-feeling office which felt exceptionally organized and comfortable, which inspired confidence. I’m happy to recommend with a great experience.

    Dr. Seo and Sia are fantastic!!!!! They squeezed me in for a last minute emergency and saved me! I was in so much tooth pain and was having no luck anywhere in Portland because of the holiday but was having an emergency. They fixed me up immediately the day before Thanksgiving and I wasn’t even a current patient. Truly they made my holiday! I would recommend anyone to them. They were also extremely communicative about my options and what they were doing the entire time. Five stars to this wonderful team 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

    The best part of my visit today was the front desk woman with the beautiful colorful hair, I’m sorry I can’t remember her name. She was super sweet, I was upset about needing to have a tooth extracted and having a hard time deciding between my treatment options. When she notice I was crying she talked through the estimate with me and helped me think straight so I could decide what was best. I really appreciate her understanding and compassion. The only slight downside to the visit was my tooth turned out to be very difficult to remove. I could tell the Dr was getting frustrated, which is understandable but did make me worry a bit more. The communication between the Dr and the assistant could have been a bit smoother too. I’m a nervous dental patient so I know I’m extra sensitive to these things. Overall I am very thankful that I could get an appointment so quickly and prices seemed reasonable. Now just hoping everything heals up well!

    They got me an appointment me the next morning after reaching out after hours, very quick turn around. They were able to perform a needed operation that another emergency dentist in my area had been unable to, finally bringing relief to a 3 week bout of pain and infection! Staff were all friendly and great to work with. Would recommend and return for any future dental emergencies!

    After getting x-rays done the day before at another dental office and being referred to someone else for extractions that won’t take me for another 2 weeks, my sister suggested me to them. My face has become swollen just from the toothache and the pain was absolutely unbearable. This office took me in same day, instantly saw my face and knew something had to be done. They took x-rays and planned to do the extractions right there. I felt no pain during the extractions and everyone there was kind, informative, and respectful. Thank you!!!! P.S. anyone talking about the front receptionist with the colorful hair being rude, I don’t know, I thought she was cool. She was friendly to me.

    Terrible customer service from the person at the front desk. I ended up canceling my emergency appointment. To respond to their reply: This IS the correct office. I probably was not in your database because I was going to be a new patient. Because of the way I was treated I told her to cancel my appointment. She didn’t seem interested in going out of her way to help me. I don’t want to reply back and forth about this. I ended up going to Providence urgent care and they were fantastic. I’ll also be following up with my regular dentist.

    The front desk may be rude little bit but this is a good place to get tooth pull out right away. Call in and get tooth remove less than 2 hours. Very fast. The doctor here are the best. He did very good job. In 5 mins, both tooth got removed. The price for it I think reasonable for emergency need. It’s very fast. Less than 2 hours.
