Beautiful place clean environment staff is awesome.. dental assistants Ashley with the long hair & Angela was beyond wonderful we need more like them & Dr. Suren was nothing more than perfect and professional. Words can’t begin to describe the work that he does . Office manager Bianca was very professional and polite and made it a point to make sure I was satisfied with my visit. I am truly grateful for coming to this office and I want to thank everyone 🙏

  2. I had such an amazing experience at Dr. Dental. The staff are so sweet, professional and attentive. Dr. Suren is amazing at his job. I’m usually deathly afraid of the dentist, but he mad me feel comfortable as he was gentle and kind during my visits and procedures. Dr. Suren is straightforward with what he thinks you need and doesn’t over bill your insurance like other dentist. I would recommend this place to anybody in need. I would even recommend for people to switch there current dentist if they’re not happy. I finally found a dentist I will permanently be going to. Thank you everyone at Dr. Dental for a great experience.

    We had our first appointment yesterday with Dr. Dental and I wish to share how pleased I was with Dr. Mac, the hygienist Linda, the office manager Bianca, and the entire organization. Dr. Mac and Linda were incredibly thorough, generous with their time, and compassionate in their care to the patient. This practice is extraordinary in the way that they practice dentistry. With a group practice of multiple professionals they are well positioned to offer comprehensive treatment. Providing this service in a beautiful facility is something that this organization may be proud of. They allowed me as a member of the family to listen to the treatment plan, to ask questions, and to genuinely feel that the patient’s best interests and well-being were the most important factors in their recommendation. It is a pleasure to provide this recommendation and best wishes as Dr. Dental continues to serve the Connecticut shoreline.

  4. This is a great place. They make you feel very comfortable. Dr.Surer is the master at his craft and a gentleman at heart. Definitely recommend this place. They know what they’re doing.

    Update: Had two teeth removed. Was quick and painless! The surgeon was friendly and knew what he was doing. (Can’t remember his name) Was a great guy!

  5. My first appointment I was very skeptical, a little white coat syndrome and what not. They scheduled me for a wisdom extraction 2 weeks later and it was the easiest, quickest, most painless procedure I’ve ever had. The customer service at the desk was amazing; the lady who checked me in was sweet as a peach, and if you’ve ever been here or called here then you know the front office manager is such a sweet heart. The dentist was very thorough, clean, & had me in and out in a few minutes, no exaggeration.

    Wow! What could I say about Long Wharf Dental! This Practice has been my dental home for the past 6+ years and I would recommend them to ALL that are in search of a dental home in the New Haven County area! The Team here has an organic ability in creating a uniquely warm and welcoming ambiance that almost makes you feel like you’re not within the confinements of a dental office! It had been almost 3-years since my last visit due to the COVID-19 outbreak, but upon my return to the Practice, each Professional that I encountered met me with a smile as equally bright as the one that I had on my face when I left there post my routine cleaning! As insane as it might sound…I’m looking forward to my next visit already in September!

    A COMPLETE waste of my time. My insurance was accepted there first off and I had the funds to pay whatever balance. I told them I needed an extraction and I also told them prior to arriving that I have been in pain for over a month. I was the only one in the waiting room, had no patients present so nobody was busy. They took one X-ray on one side looked in my mouth and said “ oh yea that tooth needs to come out” but referred me to 4 other dentist that were all far away and those dentist weren’t expecting patients 2 weeks from now. Then they called me back saying “the doctor feels comfortable to do it if you want to come back” So you mean to tell me the doctor wasn’t uncomfortable so rather help me you left me in pain? Great job Long Wharf Dental! I had to call the HOOD (lol) dentist and I got my tooth pulled the exact same day and got waaaayyyyy better treatment. Why refer me to other dentist when my insurance was accepted? Definitely will NOT ever go back and I will make sure none of my peoples step foot in there. I would put the doctors name but what for he didn’t even introduce him self. Just lame! Do better and be better straight up!

    I moved to the area recently and I’m so happy I found Long Wharf Dental Group! The receptionists were super friendly, and my hygienist Andrea was so warm and personable. She did an excellent job cleaning my teeth, and we had a lot of laughs in the process! Dr. Alysha was also amazing— really thorough and so very kind. I never thought I’d say this about the dentist, but I can’t wait to go back 😁

    Friendly staff great dentist who does the work you want done if within reason. Which for me was a blessing since I had teeth pulled that I wanted done by my previous dentist over 5 years ago. And no pain the day after.

    Long Wraf Dental group is one of the best clinics when it comes for dental cleaning and procedures. I was examined and all my procedures (7 fillings) were done by Dr. Alysha who was so friendly and kindly hearted. Everytime I visited, she used to explain me in details and makes me super comfortable. Overall my experience was phenomenon. Definietly I will stick to them in future. Highly reccomended

    The hygienist was very professional and kind. She gave me excellent advice on how to keep up with cleaning my bad teeth. I have a hard time at the dentist because of my gag reflex over things being put into my mouth, but my hygienist is very understanding, and she causes my experience to be positive.

    My experience was Pain free. I was dealing with My own emotional anxiety. I’ve been trying to get a tooth extraction for like Months, my blood 🩸 pressure kept going up & buy right Dr. Chen could not extract the tooth. Today was the right time right day She’s wonderful tooth out 30seconds no Pain no Gain. I’m eating a Salad drinking fluids no Bleeding at all. Thank You Dr. Chen for your Excellent Patient Professionalism. 😊
