I expressed my main concerns and was informed of possible outcomes. While in the back getting my treatment done the dental assistants work as a team and help each other out. I had an appt and I even called to confirm but that day when I went they didn’t have my info in the system. Well that was not all, I rescheduled for that same week, left all the forms and my insurance ( I called my insurance to make sure that I had dental cover, which they told me I do), plus Brident Dental called me to confirmed my appt too, but that day they told me that I didn’t have dental cover. I mean they called to confirm my appt but never told me that they didn’t find my dental cover until the day I went. So frustared it. The people there are nice but they really need more organization and communication. Plus when you call thier customer service the hold time is awful. Decided to try out this office since it was really close to my house but didn’t really have any expectations on what my experience would be like. I was blown away by the excellent service and care provided by Dr. Muñoz and his team. So glad I decided to try this place out on a whim!
I recently had my first visit to this dentist office and I must say, it was a great experience! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. They made sure to answer any questions I had and put me at ease.
The office itself was modern and clean, with state-of-the-art equipment that made me feel confident in the level of care I was receiving. The dentist was gentle and thorough, explaining each step of the process and making sure I was comfortable throughout the entire appointment.

Flew in all the way form colorado for an emergency extraction, the staff was very polite and made me feel safe and comfortable, the doctor was amazing ! First time in my life i didnt feel any pain! Im coming back for implants ! Great service and great job !! Love this dental office
