  1. They should start by explaining that the $200.00 you are charged before you get in the dental chair is only for the privilege of seeing a dental professional. Even MD’s do not charge that much for an office visit. Anything additional will be charged as you leave and you are expected to pay before you walk out the door. Also, maybe they should direct patients to point the area causing pain with their finger. Otherwise they will prepare the wrong tooth for a procedure. In the case of my friend, the wrong tooth would have been pulled. One last thing, since you probably spend more than $300.00 in less than an hour, could they at least show some common courtesy? Everyone in the place was rude, angry or just plain in a rush. No one showed any concern. I felt like we were there to make them money and all they wanted was to rush us in and rush us out. Never going back to Aspen Dental.

  2. WARNING…Do NOT go to Aspen Dental. My mother went in because she had an abscess in a tooth. Antibiotics and a tooth extraction is all she wanted and needed. She was given antibiotics Never got the tooth extracted. Somehow they conned her into signing paperwork for all kinds of work to be done and had her sign for care credit which was NOT explained to her. She came home with an envelope filled with paperwork stating she would owe care credit 6k. All she wanted was a tooth extraction. We will be cancelling that contract and hiring a lawyer.

  3. I went to Aspen even though I have my own dentist because I needed an implant which my dentist does not do. I’m sure I told every person I saw this but they wanted to schedule a teeth cleaning, etc. I’m giving them 2 stars because my implant did get done by the oral surgeon and as far as I know that part is just fine. The part after (to get the crown) has been nothing but a nightmare. Now I have to see yet another oral surgeon to get the abutment I need to get the crown finished. Oh and they held the money for it all until I called twice to get my refund from them for a crown I did not get. They assumed I would just spend it later with them when I have no intention of ever going back. (Remember me saying I had a regular dentist? Because apparently they don’t!) I don’t agree with charging and receiving payment for services not done and then holding that refund until I had to call yet again to tell them please give me my money back. I just wish they had been able to just do what they said they could do and get it all done. My advice is their oral surgeon is really great, the regular dentist, not so much.

  4. I went there to have a tooth pulled. I don’t like going to the dentist. Erica made it as comfortable as possible and was very friendly. Dr. Williams was probably the best dentist that I have ever been to. They are not just awesome people but the price was way cheaper than I thought. I will definitely come back here.

    I have been going to this dentist recently and am super thrilled with the excellent treatment I’ve received, from the front desk ladies to the technicians that took my X-rays,the hygienist Heather,(she’s really great at her job) to the visit with the dentist & the lady that handled the financial details of my treatments. Knowledgeable,warm friendly staff all around. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a dentist in this area.

    I’ve had a real good experience all the years I’ve been going. I had a small cavity on my front tooth that didn’t need to be numbed and Dr Tiner did an excellent job and was so gentle, kept asking if I was alright and I was! Also had a tooth come off my new partial plate and was under warranty and got it fixed and back the next day. My helper was Shay who is awesome at her job and enjoyable to talk with. Will go again!

    As I said of Abbeville South, the West is just as amazing!! Couple hiccups but it all worked out and I get a much needed break from home! I drive almost 300 miles from out of state just to go to Abbeville Dentistry!! I’m a Alabama / Texan but live elsewhere due to marriage. Love ya’ll

    We had such a great experience for our family’s appointment! The lady upfront greeted us instantly and checked us in right away. The dental assistant and dentist were so nice and very informative. They had such great bedside manner as my son gets a little nervous with the machine noises. They were very good to address any issues, concerns and questions we had. We definitely recommend this location for your family dentistry!
