What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. Staff was very friendly and professional. It was clean and my wait time was very minimal. The doctor was very thorough and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. I would recommend this office to my family and friends.

  2. I got a molar extraction on January 17,2023. Here it is January 30,2023 and I’m experiencing a great deal of pan in my jaw and the site where the extraction was. I called the union deposit office for three days now and had to leave messages. My phone calls were not returned. I called the emergency dentist on call. He did nothing to help. So I have to drive up there this morning to try to get help.
After this all heals I will most definitely NOT return to Aspen Dental!!!!!!

  3. I don’t want to give 5 stars since I haven’t had anything other than and exam, however they were great. They were polite. It was clean. They give you options so that they can work with you even if you dont have insurance.

  4. I liked Aspen Dental. They had an appointment the same day I was looking to get one. The other places I checked either weren’t accepting new patients or had appointments several months out. I was having tooth pain so needed something a little earlier.

The x-rays and exam were free and when I needed dental work they scheduled it within a reasonable time frame (within a week).

They did good work and I am happy I went there. My teeth are doing fine and no pain anymore.

  5. You get 1 star because when I did receive service I did not have to wait and the staff was very accommodating.

Everyone that I have spoke to have been very pleasant – when I actually got a hold of someone; however, they have the worst customer service. It has been over 6 months and I am still awaiting an appointment for a procedure that I had to pre-pay for. Besides the fact that I paid in advance for service I have yet to receive, I received a bill in the mail for service that was rendered and can not get a hold of anyone on the phone to explain what the bill is for! Either there is no response and a voicemail is left, or the person answering says their computers are down. I am risking collections for a measly $20 which I refuse to pay until I know why I was billed. Also I have 4 wisdom teeth still needing to be pulled. Disgusted and disappointed with them at this point.

I visited ADC for the 1st time and was greeted by friendly staff. The waiting room was very comfortable and clean. Barbara, the dental hygienist brought me in for x-rays and a cleaning. She did a very thorough job and explained everything that she was doing in a way that could be understood. She really made you feel comfortable. During the visit, Barbara brought over Dr. Jon, who introduced himself and we spoke in general. He then checked my teeth and gums, and gave Barbara instructions on how to proceed. I was completely satisfied with the treatment and totally recommend ADC to anyone looking for a great family dental facility.

I came in March 1 to get a filling removed and replaced. My dentist did a wonderful job removing the filling. He then told KIM to do the reconstruction. She did an amazing job. She kept me informed of what she was doing as she made progress. She certainly knew what she was doing. I would recommend her to anyone who is nervous about having dental work done. Thank you, Miss Kim.

I had a cleaning done with Rose for the first time in a while so I was a bit nervous but she was amazing! Talked to me through the entire appointment and really educated me on what I needed to work on for my teeth. I had a great check up with Dr. John, I 100% recommend. Thank you!

This was my first experience at American Dental Care. I went in for a regular check-up/cleaning – I was seen by Barbara who did a thorough job when cleaning my teeth. She gave me tips on how to keep my teeth healthy. I then saw Kiarra and Dr. Jon to get a fillling. I was nervous due to previous a filling experience at another dental office. They made it an overall great experience, they all made sure to check in to see if I was okay throughout my procedure. It was a comfortable experience, I definitely recommend coming to American Dental Care!

Just want to make parent’s aware, they tried to keep me from going back with my child while getting work done. Upon refusing this, because my daughter was nervous and wanted me back there, I was given nothing but attitude from the dentist. (I am a nurse, and know they legally couldn’t make me stay in the waiting room) Claimed it was because I would be in the way, and snapped that “you are in the way” when he entered. I was, in fact, NOT in the way. For the whole procedure. Also gave me attitude when I said I don’t normally leave my children alone when they request I come. We’ve had 3 other offices in our lifetime, and with moves….never have I been asked to stay in the waiting room while my child gets work done. This was only our 2nd visit, canceled their upcoming appts, and will be going elsewhere.

I have been a patient at a couple of dental clinics, but I find that dental care of Harrisburg is like a loving family. I will suggest them to anyone especially my family. Thank you for your loving care.

I have been here several times already this year alone and love the feeling you get when you go here. No, having dental work done is never fun, but when you feel appreciated and not judged and when you are talked to like a human being the pain is not as bad! Thank you to the team as a whole for making me feel like I am worthy to have dental work done! There are other dentists that can learn from you guys!

I don’t Normally like to go to the dentist 🦷, but this place had changed the way I think about the dentist. They put you first and how you feel about pain. I had a tooth pulled and it was painless. I don’t do well with mouth pain, but this wasn’t painful at all. Great place to go, specially if you have concerns on how they treat you and your mouth.
