  1. Wow. if I worked in this field this is the office I would want to work in. Everybody was so friendly and helpful and had a true desire to make the patient experience safe rewarding and comfortable. I will highly recommend this office and any of the doctors who work there to anybody for any sort of dental issue in the future. I have already seen three different doctors here due to an unusual rash of minor dental emergencies over the past few weeks and they have always been helpful and accommodating to get me in on an emergency basis right away and resolve the issue . I can’t say enough about this dental office

  2. I’m a return patient and things were even better than my initial visit! Gloria was professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. Cleaning was thorough and she kept me informed all the way through. The follow-up exam with Dr. Brad was honest and informative. Entire staff was friendly and down-to-earth. Always smiling!

  3. What a fabulous dental group. This is the place to come if you want to look your best. Started refreshing my smile with Dr Gilbert when they first purchased the practice. I have been very Impressed with the the quality growth that the Gilbert’s have accomplished. Also, Dr Josh is a particularly accomplished smile master. Can’t say enough with out a new blue book. Definitely 5 star. Keep up the great work.

  4. From the moment I walked in the door, everyone was warm and welcoming. My hygenist, Ariel, explained everything to expect during my visit before we got started and it made me much more relaxed to enjoy the visit. It was the most thorough dental cleaning and exam I have ever had and they made me feel like I was in good hands. Dr. Lacy took the time to listen to my history and made me feel so comfortable. They care for you as an individual. Overall it was the best dental visit I have ever had and will highly recommend Pelican Landing Dental to everyone.

  5. I had an emergency situation where I chipped a tooth on Christmas. I called the next day in the morning and they were so sweet and accommodating. They gave me an appointment that afternoon. They greeted me with kindness when I arrived. Dr. Lacy Gilbert was very attentive and thorough while fixing my tooth. She even hummed a tune while she was working, which totally relaxed me! This practice has amazing people that work there. They go above and beyond. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I would highly recommend them to all!

I just got home from a new dentist’s office (new to me). I am very impressed. From the time I walked through the door I felt very welcome and put at ease. Dr. Grady Scott is the friendliest, nicest dentist I have seen in a long, long time. All the ladies that work there are great. It almost makes you want to have a dental problem so you can go back to his office. (He’s really cute too.). Two thumbs up!!!

I highly recommend Dr. Grady Scott. After meeting him I realized that this young man is attentive, gentle, kind, and professional. His office staff greeted me with smiles and immediately put me at ease as I walked into their immaculate state of the art office. Dr. Scott did an extensive restoration of my lower teeth that involved two 4 1/2 hour surgeries, many extractions, bone grafting, a crown, and four implants to hold a round of teeth. Now, as my procedures are nearly finished, I am thankful that I chose Dr. Scott. He and his remarkable staff are my friends. I look forward to all of my appointments because I know they’ll take good care of me. Prior to my visits to Bonita Beach Dental, I was TERRIFIED of dentists. Thanks to Dr. Scott and his staff, I now enjoy going to the dentist! Cheryl S.

I had a wonderful experience at Bonita Beach Dental. The office is super clean, modern, and inviting. Debbie at the front desk and the two assistants who helped facilitate my visit were all genuine, friendly, and professional. Ali was awesome and gave me the best cleaning I’ve had in years. Dr. Scott was attentive to detail and a great communicator. I definitely recommend the practice!

I have had great experiences with Dr. Scott, however, I sent a relative to him for basically a whole upper/lower replacement with implants. They constantly have issues with the work done over a whole year and a lot of money. I’ve never had to deal with this extensive type of dental work myself but maybe he is out of his depth doing the full replacement as my spouse went to another dentist for a similar procedure with excellent results. I still think he is a great person and dentist but I should have probably sent them to the other dentist.

Superb experience. The entire staff was so very sympathetic and kind. I was treated as if one of the family. I would highly recommend if you need any dental work including implants. Could not be more pleased.

SAVE YOURSELF THE HEADACHE This is the WORST business I’ve encountered. I went to Coast Dental for a teeth cleaning. They upsold me on their version of Invisalign- Coast Dental Clearaligners, which was fine. I was in the market for something along those lines and they happened to provide the service. Immediately upon showing interest in Clearaligners, I was bombarded mid-teeth cleaning by women with iPads and paperwork asking for my debit card- almost as though being pushed to sign and agree so they could make the sale. Very unprofessional but I chose to overlook- my mistake and I regret it deeply. I scheduled my appointment for my Clearaligners and was told they would be in within a month. Almost 2 months goes by without a call from the business. I had already made a down payment and 1st installment. I left multiple voicemails after the month had gone by. None of which were returned. I felt almost scammed. Finally, I received a call asking to schedule. The staff was relatively unprofessional by my 2nd visit. I walked in on the girls behind the front desk snickering and making rude comments about a customer always being late or missing their appointments. This was an immediate 2nd red flag. I was given my 1st tray and they detailed the plan for my corrective trays. 8 trays and 3 rounds of IPR. They deviated from this plan on my 3rd visit by doing the IPR an appointment early and gave me 2 trays, telling me to come back in a month. My appointment a month later rolls around and come to find out- the location closed. No notice, no messages, no rescheduling, absolutely NOTHING from Coast Dental. I’ve contacted the business 3 separate times asking for my trays to be sent to another location, seeing as I’m still paying for a service I am no longer provided. Every one I have spoken to says they cannot help and they have no information on when the location will open back up. They still have 5 of my trays and I am due for 1 last round of IPR. I already contacted the Patient Quality Assurance or Customer Service, which was honestly a huge waste of time. So honestly, if anyone from corporate sees this review and responds, this is a last attempt from me before I take legal action. I have been told 3 times now that corporate would reach out within 48 hours. I have not heard from corporate. I asked for a number to contact corporate directly and was informed they only reach out to me, I cannot contact them. Extremely unprofessional. I left a complaint with the BBB, asking for a resolution and a simple call back. Still, I have not heard anything. This is quite literally the most appalling business. And honestly what you’re pulling doesn’t sound legal.

First time at this location, since the only one available after hurricane Ian, I had to drive for 1 hour and 15 min and wait for more than an hour to see the doctor just to place a final crown which I had tried to schedule appointment for the last 2 months and nobody was returning my phone callas! Very unprofessional customer service! I am definitely looking for a new dentist near my area and this is unfortunate because I was very happy with Dr Aspinwall. And the final crown didn’t fit so I came for nothing! At least they gave me a refund this was the only good thing from all this adventure!

Run, run, run—painful process. Here is a copy of the message I sent them: -No way I can book an appointment with your network. Are you kidding me after what happened yesterday at you Coast Dental, facility 016975. -I was on time for my appointment and got canceled by your incompetency, no direct number to call, you send me to a “call center” every time. You did not confirm anything before the appointment than just sending text reminders to come to my appointment at a different time without explaining why. -I filled out the patience form in advance and you did not have a clue why I was there. So what’s the point for that? -This is a joke business. I’m afraid to go to any of your doctors and network. My record got cut up between the cracks of your emails, incompetency, and a backend platform that doesn’t work at all. Dead first before going to any of your facilities. Do not even convince me to call your customer service. My voice and my heartburn are recorded here. Maybe you customer assurance program money can go towards people training.Ask the front lady person of what happened!

I can’t review the actual service I received because I walked out. I don’t trust dental services that try to up sell basic teeth cleaning procedures. I lived in Chicago for 34 years and had an excellent and honest dentist. I am currently on Fort Myers Beach helping a relative with the cleanup from hurricane Ian and needed a simple cleaning. I reference my dentist in Chicago because he warned me of places like you. I only wanted a basic procedure done. But I was told I needed x-rays and a doctor’s exam before the procedure and (most importantly) the doctor would decide on the kind of cleaning I needed. In fairness, I understand the need for X-rays but when I made the appointment I was very specific about my insurance and what I wanted done. No one I talked with said anything to me about the complications that would eventually manifest. I wasted an Uber driver on this totally useless appointment. Start being more informative when someone is making an appointment even more so if they’re a “new patient “. I felt like I was in a retail bait and hook store!

I wasn’t told the doctor is only available remotely until after I drove 40 minutes to go to this location. With the amount of contacts I received to remind me of my appointment and let me know I had to go to a different location because the Fort Myers office was damaged in the hurricane, it should have been disclosed that you won’t actually see a dentist. If had wanted to see the dentist, I was going to have to come back which is a hardship as I’m a small business owner. Moreover, I don’t want to go back. There was a big fly buzzing around the exam room, and the woman I told about this just said “must have come in from leaving the back door open” and seemed unconcerned about it. She also had dried blood on her finger and dirt under her fingernails which I noticed as she gave me a clipboard with a form to sign. The exam room also had a lot of dust. The staff was not friendly, they were cold. And I left there on the verge of tears without getting my teeth cleaned. Based on this experience, I would not recommend.
