  1. The dentists and staff at this office are incredible. My dental hygienist was gentle, sweet, and thorough. The front desk and supervisory staff have been great with communication, flexible with appointments and great with billing questions. I required many fillings and my first crown which I was quite anxious about. However the staff made me feel comfortable and so far the crown is great!

  2. I got my first dental appointment with alameda dental today – they treated me kindly. I was pretty nervous going in with a not great history of dental health. They quickly fixed a chip in my tooth and cleaned my teeth. First appointment, in and out in 2 hours with a filling. Thanks for the kind and considerate service!

  3. I’m already so excited about this dental facility! From the warm welcome from Cara, the receptionist, to Dr. Anna, who is so friendly and helps you feel instantly at ease, and the X-ray taking experience with Mona, was the best ever (she made sure to use the correct size mouth pieces so it didn’t cause pain! Most other offices used pieces far too big for my mouth and always hurt). Looking forward to my cleaning and future dental work at this location!

  4. When I was looking for a new dentist, I looked for reviews from different sources and Alameda Dental kept coming up with great reviews. I decided to take a leap of faith and they did not disappoint. The staff is amazing and the treatment was incredible. Every single person we came across was super friendly and courteous. They were upfront about the treatment plan, cost and payment plan.

  5. Friendly staff , professional dental care in the Aurora area highly recommend. Until they start railing you with all these bills I have the best insurance and you still are trying to get what ever money you can get out me ! 100 dollars here 100 dollars yea I’m good I’ll find someone else

    My mother visited his dentist office a few years back. I can honestly say I hope I never cross paths with this dentist. After REFUSING to have my mothers teeth cleaned or have any additional work done on her, including the fact he stormed out of the office after slamming down a mirror and slamming the door shut on his way out like a adolescent child. And would you like to know why? Solely for the fact that in her past she was a smoker, which is why she went to the dentist in the first place, to get her teeth cleaned after not smoking for two years. Anyone with strong religious or moral beliefs should never work in the medical field. I will be visiting your office.

    I’ve been to Panorama Dental over the last six years. This place is great. Dr. Serrano is kind and thoughtful, and Kendra is my favorite assistant. They both ensure my experience at Panorama is stress-free and fun. I know, it sounds crazy. But I’m able to joke and laugh with the folks here and we really have a nice time. This is a great office to be seen.

    As someone who hates the dentist and needed to make an appointment after years of not going, they couldn’t have been more accommodating in taking their time to make me feel comfortable. 10/10 recommend from the people at the front desk to the dentists actually working on your teeth.

    I just love this dentist office! Both Drs are amazing and the whole staff rocks too. They are, first of all, professional and very knowledgeable in their jobs, excellent at what they do. Plus, secondly, they have great bedside manner!. Everyone is friendly and cares about their customers. They go above and beyond to be of service, make you comfortable and do it cheerfully at that. You can tell they all enjoy working with each other too and the environment is always a great one to go to for a few hours. Highly recommend this dentist. I even drive a ways to get there because they are so worth it.

    I wish I could DO SOMETHING about how I was treated at this dental office. They left me IN PAIN for a month. Twice offered me surprise charges after I was in the chair getting treatment. Just an OVERALL bad experience. I wish I could express how I feel but I will just chalk it up as everyone in business ain’t professional. They lady cleaned my teeth I could feel EVERYTHING she did had to tough it out. They charge a lot and its not worth it. They will come on here and explain it away the best they can. But this office KNOWS I had a bad experience. I will be at Comfort Dental getting the tooth they DIDN’T pull next year because Highpoint used up all of my insurance benefit without actually HELPING ME. I’m still in pain and I have to wait until my insurance renews to do anything about it or pay out of pocket. I gave them one star because there is no way to give NEGATIVE stars. He has a high paid staff and only cares about MONEY. go there you’ll see.

    The Team at HP Dental are the best I’ve ever visited. Very professional, efficient, knowledgeable, and caring. I myself have a good deal of anxiety surrounding dental care.     Lon was incredible as usual. Gentle cleaning and very caring about how I was feeling. I have anxiety about dentists, but Dr. Baltz makes me feel confident in his expertise. He is always careful to explain what he is doing and why, and includes me in decision-making. I am so happy I made the move to Highpoint Dental!

    Words can’t express my gratitude for this practice. As a new patient with a significant problem, they swiftly scheduled my appt. I was worried that I would be told they couldn’t help me and that I would have to see an oral surgeon ( as has been my past experiences elsewhere), yet, they were able to take me on and do a time consuming, complex procedure, and my usual dental anxiety which hovers at level 9 was nearly gone due to the skill, kindness, and professionalism of everyone in the office. I am so thankful and have at last, after years of searching, found my dentist.
