What People Are Saying: 5 Customer Reviews

  1. This is a great facility! There are 10 cages – 4 with pitching machines and 6 for front or soft toss. There is also an entire indoor field that is for rent – but it is not air conditioned. There is also a very nice parent room with couches and a TV.

  2. Just moved here and was so excited to find a private coach for my 8 year old. He has ADHD and does really well in one on one sessions. Was so disappointed. If you are ever looking for a coach, do NOT and I repeat do NOT ever use Casey. He has absolutely no kid skills. My son likes to ask why you do something because he wants to understand the mechanics of everything. Casey threatened me that if he asks why again, he wont be able to work with him anymore. I guess Casey forgot I was paying him to coach my son…to explain the mechanics of body movements. This is literally his job. Needless to say we cancelled with him and wont ever step foot back in this facility.

  3. Great facility that offers baseball camps, clinics, and private lessons. Coach Casey is positive, supportive and is very knowledgeable; great teacher of the game and development of its fundamentals.

  4. Dont become a member to this facitlity…Period! They changed their walk in unlimited cage rentals that come with the platinum memberships, which means you can not walk in after 4:30Pm, then you will have to pay again on top of your monthly membership costs. My kids dont get out of school until 4. So the perks that come with the membership does not do my kids any good. Avoid this place if you can, there are other facilities out there.

  5. Very rude at the reception. Learn some customer service skills. Disappointed with the way we were treated right from the start till the end .

Took my tball team to these cages. Had reservation from 1 to 2 and when we got there, there was no one working there and didn’t get started until 115. After we were done some man showed up and start chewing us out for the whole complex being dirty and something about other people having reservations and this and that. We had a reservation and didn’t get to get started until late because of 30 other people in the place and no any employees anywhere and we only used 1 cage. Anyways this place is small, no one is on duty, and the owner is trash. Definitely go elsewhere if you can.

Called for information. Person on the other end was rude. I should have just looked for another cage. Cages are not wide enough for bigger players, and I spent more time adjusting machine than my kid did hitting. Paid for an hour and in less than half.

Never been to local batting cages, usally go to park or yard and decided to try as we needed a regular indoor place to practice. Showed up during business hours and doors closed. Called number on door and spoke with gentleman who was anything but frinendly. Told me to go online to set appointment. Before I could ask questions he said everybody does this than hung up. Tried to call back and sent to voice-mail. Never going back!!! Aces batting cages down the street were more than willing to help out and found new location for batting cages. 1st impression means something and so does my business. In addition equipment wad in poor shape and limited options.

We were very pleased with this facility. It was very clean and organized. When I called about this facility, I had explained to the guy on the phone that we were from out of town and had just left another batting cage where we were very disappointed with the lack of equipment not working and there wasn’t anyone there to assist. We will definitely come back when we are here again.

We really enjoy taking our 10u softball team here. We usually rent 2 lanes and have 1 machine going and one live pitcher in the other. It is convenient with scheduling and the door code entry is nice. There is a play room for younger siblings to play. The facility has pitcher nets, machines and balls for baseball and softball. It is also kept clean. I would recommend trying it out.

Low key but clean and great cages. In town visiting family and ended up a great place for my 6 year old to get some hits in. No one was there in the middle of the day on a Wednesday so the owner/manager gave us the code to let us in.

A simple but nice facility with four cages. Only one of them allows for 60′ pitching distance while the others work well for softball or 46′ baseball pitching. There are some screens for throwing live arm batting practice.

Best Indoor batting cages in Norman. The facility is clean, with 2 clean large bathrooms. 4 batting cages, 1 with an automatic pitching machine that you do not have to feed the balls to, the other 3 people pitch. They even have a pitching mound. The price per hour is reasonable. Please note that when you reserve your lane that really you may not get the one with the pitching machine. There is never an attendant. It is all self serve in our experience. You reserve a cage and pay online and they email you a code to enter into the keypad. Only complaint is no air conditioning. But they have high powered fans and large bay doors that can be opened. I recommend on hot days bringing lots of water and chilly rags. The owner is a very nice man. What I gather our experience with the owner has been different from what others have experienced. But he has been awesome with my son and his friend. My son is going into his 2nd year of high school baseball and his best friend is an incoming freshman baseball player. They both want the chance to make Varsity this year. So they contacted the owner and worked out a great deal. They now use the cages and pitching mound 6 to 10 hours a week outside of working at home. Thank you so much for working with my son and giving him a great, and safe place to practice. If you looking for some light batting practice, just some fun for the afternoon or evening, or are a serious baseball player looking to work on your skills this is the best indoor batting cages in Norman. Also it is hidden back in an industrial area so there is not a lot of traffic. We always use mom and pop when we can instead of “big box” and that is exactly what you get here. Please clean up after yourself when you are finished with your session. Put the balls back in the buckets or machine. Pick up your trash. If you are the last one there turn off the lights and shut the doors. Yes I am a mother. I also want to make sure the place stays nice as we use it all the time.

It was fun to go with the kids, but seems expensive and difficult to use the equipment. No one is there to help you set up or bat, so good luck figuring it out on your own. The lady working the counter didn’t seem to know what she was doing, especially when I went to go pay.
