  2. The manager, Rochelle, is a gem. Very grateful for the blessing of calling McQuire my home for 2 years. I really appreciate her patience and the time she spent helping me when I had a question or a concern, considering there over a hundred other residents to manage. Being able to have a place to call home for 2 year was a huge blessing. McQuire is a large multi-unit apartment complex and even with all the responsibilities that managing a place like that entails, Rochelle always has a smile and a kind word for everyone. The OCHA security, the resident managers and all of the maintenance staff work really hard to keep McQuire a safe place to live and to keep the facilities running smoothly. Thank you all for all of the hard work you do each and everyday!! God bless and Happy Holidays.

    Also St.Johns Methodist Church in Spencer.
    i’ve lived at the Jeltz Senior center for 5yrs now and this event has been Provided to the Seniors of the Macguire & Jeltz Senior Centers at no charge since i’ve lived here.
    They do this Simply as a Ministry & not for publicity as it’s taken me 4yrs just to discover their Identities. Just sayin Love in Action.

  4. With less than two miles from Bricktown, 400 humans living within the same block, and a variety of lifestyles (kind, sweet, innocent, Christian, Muslim, violent, hard-hearted) it is never boring. New opportunities happen every day.

    I’ve lived here going on 3 year’s. I moved in loved my unit then had to box up due to remodel. Can’t say I don’t miss my old unit. I live next to toxic neighbors who make it miserable. But as far as Superbia they’re on top of any request you put in even after hours. I had a plumbing issue after hours they had a plumber here in 10 minutes. They keep the grounds mowed regularly and pest control on a regular basis. I’ve never seen a bug.Allen is great he’s been here a long time. They try to provide some activities like bingo. I feel safe. There’s no place in oklahoma you could live this nice for this cost with people who help when they can. Like monthly food bank Karen sets up. I find the staff nicer than any apartment I’ve lived in that cost way more money. Overall they deserve a higher score than in the 3’s… I’d say 4.5…

    From what I seen this looked very comfortable I have not got to talk with any of the regular tenants yet, as the lady had just moved in but it looks comfortable cozy and something that you might enjoy. Seems a little more personal than most of these that I have seen. As I am A senderide driver;

    Remodel has made property unsafe. I was okay before but is dangerous now. I fell twice in the last month. outside over a concrete block left out by my door. I fell next from slipping on new floor. nothing is safe now. can’t open windows from the floor. hard to use screen door latches. doors don’t fit. shower head too high. electric outlets wrong place where can’t use. all cabinets too high up can’t reach all shelves. outside all torn up with only dirt with debris in it. concrete including broken pieces pilled all over. stove doesn’t heat right and no light in oven to check without burns. accidents are easy to have. slick floor all within. no tile in kitchen or bathroom. floors cold for winter temperature. staff doesn’t seem to care. didn’t notify family about my fall. had concussion and hematoma but family not called. staff in room when I fell and knew I bumped my head hard. DO NOT MOVE HERE.

    The management is cold and harsh .They treat us like we live in a motel .and want us to stay in our small rooms .When this is our home .fir the rest of our lives. Any activity is ruined. Such as planting flowers in pots to have on our community porch .Or getting access to use one if the water spocket .Or to have access to any tools or helpful things .like a dolly or garden hose was confinscated and I was asked what did I need with a hose .They denied us access to the Wi-Fi .ect .Almosy everyone here is unhappy and have been unhappy for a while .i keep hoping thing will get better .but I doubt it .If you move here it won’t take long to feel despair and anger .update now the management has violated the Hud confidence ality laws .

    Miss it. Update . Been back 7 months. Sorry I returned. Nothing like it was before the remodel. Update. Worst place ever lived before. Air conditioning doesn’t work. Heater since winter…sure that is still not working. Drug dealers all over the place. Mgt. hides their heads in the sand. Nothing gets done. Do yourself a favor, don’t ever move here.

    Great place to live. I feel safe and very content. Staff is very helpful. is done when asked for. Have janitors that work to help keep our facility clean. Crafts, birthdays and brain games, holiday get together and all kinds of cards to be celebrated and residence take part in all of this. Food catered for holidays. No smoking on grounds is in forced. Building has carpenters, painters, etc. fixed whatever breaks down. Have your own stove, refrigerator and we have Wi-Fi. All nice. Love it.

    Wonderful!!! Clean, fun. Friendly people and staff, so much to do everyday. 2 big screen TVS. Coffee in the mornings with friends.
