  3. Throughout my year staying at Somerset Commons I have been satisfied with the office and maintenance, they always do a very good job of fixing all my work orders, if you need somewher to stay Somerset Commons is the place for seniors ☺️

  4. I put a work order in because of me not being able to judge the distance. I managed to put hole in the wall with my power chair. The maintenance man came in. They fixed it and made the wall of brand new like it was never anything wrong with it and I was shocked to see they even cleaned up after theirselves. Thank you maintenance men. I very well appreciated it . Good job well done.

  5. The maintenance manager Henry and his assistant Angel are working hard to get everything done in a timely manner. We are satisfied with the service they have done on time and professionally. Mariana Arzola, community manger, assist tenants in any way she can.
    All the staff are polite, kind and friendly to the residents.

    Questions sometimes are a little silly! my experience! is I’m living here! It’s not a bad place to live !being a 55 and above community! Basically if this is read ,come experience it your self!! At my age and if done over , I would go to a place, Destinations Alexander! several times! or any place! several times,if you’ve planning on moving there the management will welcome you with open arms! No matter how many times you check em out!

    I always went to the community center which is not too far from Destinations Alexander, I would wonder what was on the other side of the wall because it looked so attractive on the outside. Lo and behold 5 years later I now live on the other side of the wall and it is beautiful. Residents are so friendly and very respectful to one another, I couldn’t have asked my heavenly Father to have blessed me with a more safer comforting home. I Love It !!!!!

    This is a fine community for seniors and friendly. I cannot say the same for the management because even when they shut done all the amenities during the pandemic, they were still raising the rents. That’s not all but I will hold back out of respect for the residents there. I will not promote anyone to move here.

    If there is any maintenance needed to be done, they are so helpful in even changing a light bulb. Most of the amenities are well maintained and kept in excellent condition.

    DEADLY!!! Let me start by saying that my dad was DEAD inside of his apartment! I had spoken with him the night before. He wasn’t answering my calls the next morning, which was very unusual for him. I wasn’t able to get into his apartment. After not getting an answer from his door, I raced to the office explaining what was going on, who I was, and that I needed to get in to check on my dad. The black lady at the office was very rude and dismissive! I don’t know what her name is.(I’m also black, not racist). She told me no! She has been historically rude, and all of the residents complain about her. I called 911. They made the office open the door but it took at least over 45 minutes! By the time we got in, my dad was lying face down on the floor DEAD!!! He could have possibly been saved if he had help sooner. My dad was my best friend and truly my EVERYTHING! I’m beyond heartbroken! My dad was ALL I had! I have no one! My dad was a respected Vietnam Veteran and loved by everyone! I understand rules and protocols, that’s not the issue. The rude attitude was the issue! My life was forever ruined and changed that day. A little kindness would have been nice, at the very least. My dad had lived there for only 4 months. I paid his deposit and have the receipt with my name and payment info to prove it. But they refused to refund me the deposit that I paid for. My dad’s apartment was pristine after I moved his belongings out! Look elsewhere for a senior community. Management treats their tenants like gutter trash! I tried to call corporate to dispute not being refunded the deposit, and the number isn’t valid. The money isn’t important. My dad was and so is kindness. I have absolutely NOTHING kind to say about these people after how I was treated! F them all!!! May they pray to God that they don’t lose the MOST IMPORTANT person in the world to them like I did, especially not in the same manner that I had to endure!!! I don’t want or need a response from management!

    This is the most liveliest senior community around. The residents truly enjoy living here. This community boast 2 Turtle habitats, a community garden where the residents can have access to fresh fruit and vegetables and monthly events. The staff loves their job and is always willing to help. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a 55+ community.

    The property is very clean and well maintained. The property managers are very helpful and supportive and respond quickly to problems that people have with their apartments. Others who live there have said how much they enjoy living at Lake Tonopah and I see why. Its a very nice place to live.
