  1. These apartments are very quick to get to and can easily be seen from the road. They’re located on Fifth Street , across from the post office. The higher the floor an apartment is on, the higher the rent is. The elevators and amenities could use an update tho. There is a large grassy area for walking pets with lots of benches. Parking is available but no carports or garages are provided.

  2. The staffing personnel area is very good 👍 security is great need a pass key; card to get threw doors are always a lock automatically

  4. I have a friend that lives here. The lobby is very secure for not letting people through unless you are actually know someone there. People at the desk are always friendly. Lobby is always clean and so is the dining area that can be seen upon entering building, common halls are always clean. Very nice place. My friend’s apartment is immaculate. Maintenance is kept up

    Recently spent a few night’s with a friend of mine at siena. I wasn’t really sure why he had chosen a 55 and over community since he is very active. I found his apartment to be nice and comfortable and the facility and grounds well kept. He stays very socially active in the community. I was able to meet a few of his neighbor’s and everyone seems to really enjoy being there. Being an empty nester, I am really thinking of doing 55 and over. Siena would definitely be a great option for me.

    We met with Myra yesterday for a meeting and tour. Every employee that we ran into along the way seemed very friendly and kind. The facility was very clean and well maintained. Myra knew the names of the employees and residents that we passed along the way. They had a movie theatre, Wii bowling, beauty salon, message therapy, an amphitheater for concerts, movie theatre, lounge, a shop for snacks. So many wonderful activities! I highly recommend 10 Wilmington Place for a friend or family member.

    Our loved one moved to 10 Wilmington in May of 2022 and has enjoyed her time there while receiving the support that she needs. The facility and grounds are beautifully kept, there are many activities and the food is delicious. The staff treats residents and their families with warmth and dignity. Senior living at its best!

    We met with Myra a few months ago, had a great experience from start to present. The tour was wonderful, stunning apartments, amazing options for care as needed and a good amount of social activities that are coordinated for the future. My parents move in at the end of this month and as hard as it is to transition from a home they have had for 30 years, I can’t say enough for how the process has been and the warm support top notch

    10 Wilmington Place is a beautiful place located in a park-like setting with beautiful trees and flowers; the interior is beautifully decorated with artwork and furniture to make living easy and is managed by a kind and friendly staff. If that is not enough, you will enjoy the delicious meals served in the beautiful and spacious dining room. Bon appetite.

    We were at 10 Wilmington Place today for a meeting and a tour and had an excellent experience. Myra was extremely nice, knowledgeable and respectful with the residents! As we walked down the halls and in the common areas she seemed to know everyone’s name and the residents seemed excited to see her. There were so many fun activities available for residents such as a movie theatre, Wii bowling, happy hour, outdoor concerts and much more! The facility was beautiful, well maintained, clean and very welcoming! I highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for a warm, friendly, inviting place for a loved one.
