- Reviews:Very nice place. The facilities are very nice with an upscale dining room, library, movie room, and courtyard. There are different room options, all with high ceilings around 10 feet. The staff has been very friendly and accommodating to my father-in-law, the photo below is of his room after we got him moved in. The staff here is the best. Patricia is one of the sweetest people you will ever meet. Brian will keep you hopping doing things. Folks if you want to stay busy this place will keep you hopping. If you want to kick back and relax you can do that also. But trust me there is plenty to do here. When you walk into the entrance, you feel at home immediately. The staff really love the residents. They know them well. Our dad moved in before Christmas. They always have great activities going on. Movie nights, Bingo, exercise classes, parties, happy hour with entertainment…. They have gone above and beyond on several occasions for our family and always make us feel welcome. Dad enjoys the three meals a day. He also has his apartment cleaned each week and they wash his sheets and remake his bed. The residents are always out visiting with each other, playing games or doing puzzles. I will especially brag on Patricia. She is and has always been the most kind and most helpful person to me, and most importantly, to my mother who is a resident here. You can feel her genuine love and passion for her job, her co-workers, and the residents at Morada Lake Arlington. The staff is very helpful and friendly and the common areas are always clean. I received a call from Barbara on 3/15/23 saying that a 1 bed/bath apartment just became available for my father and that we could come take a tour. I booked and confirmed the tour with Barbara for the following week, but when my dad and I showed up, Barbara claimed that there was nothing available and that we couldn’t tour anything. She also pretended like she wasn’t the person who had confirmed the appointment with me the previous week. I don’t understand why she allowed us to book the tour in the first place if truly nothing was available…needless to say, we will never be coming back to this place. I looked at many Senior Living Centers and decided to choose Town Village Crossing (TVC).
I love living here. The residents are friendly as is the Staff who are genuinely concerned for the residents’ well being and are always ready to try and accommodate our needs & wants. TVC offers several spacious apartments with varied floor plans. Their 1BR/1Bath with study is perfect for my needs. There are many activities in which we can participate such as cards, games, puzzles, Silver Sneakers, etc. I enjoy the art & crafts classes & the Book Club the most. The Chef prepares delicious meals iis a brought to the table by a friendly serving staff.
The grounds are beautiful and wonderfully kept with many places to enjoy the outdoors. The fact that pets are allowed at TVC was a big plus to me. I’m glad I live here at Town Village Crossing. It was the right choice for me.
Town Village Crossing in Arlington is such a welcoming facility! The staff was accommodating and friendly and professional. The residents are happy and rave about living there and are very pleased with the chef and staff. The facility is immaculate and very impressive.
My mom just moved in today and the experience has been superior. The staff left us sandwiches knowing we would be tired and hungry from the move. Many of the residents told us how happy they were living at Town Village. It seems that everyone enjoys the food.
I just moved my dad here, and so glad I did! He was greeted with a great staff and residents. He loves the food, activities, and the resident dog Tucker. The rooms come with full size closets and appliances. He is very happy here and that makes me know he is in the right place.
We’ve had a family member at Town Village for 4 years now and I’ve been very impressed with the staff and facilities. The building is clean and the staff offers multiple activities for the residents. Staff members are always helpful and friendly. Overall, a positive experience.
