3 weeks agoStopped by to go through the car wash really quickly and the pictures are after he had me go through a second time. I’m getting really tired of subpar service absolutely everywhere, but this tops them all. I tried to get a refund, as my SIL has a pressure washer and I’d have rather not gotten more annoyed that they wasted more of my time. Anywho.. no refund, just a less dusty car. Machines are off and bad customer service!
Our car came out just as dirty as it went through the wash.
The lady next us said she had to go through the wash 4 times.
My husband grabbed the general manager Mike and asked if we could go through again, with hesitation and very annoyed he let us go through again.
He walked the wash with us as we were going through and at the end he adjusted the machine.
Our car looked just as dirty as it did before the wash.
My husband grabbed the manager again and asked for our money back. Manager said “I’m not giving you another car washer let alone your money back!”
My husband asked him to come out and look at our car, he told us we should have washed our car before we went there so it’s our fault (🤯)!
We pointed out the wheel detail portion and how our tires didn’t even get wet let alone cleaned.
After a long debate asking for our money back Mike pointed out the 1st time the machine was off but he fixed it the 2nd time and our car was as clean as it was going to get, again pointing out it was our fault our car was this dirty…
He then said we didn’t have a receipt so he couldn’t refund our money, we never got a receipt!
He finally refunded my husband’s money without our card number, luckily my husband looked because he refunded someone else’s card.

Before I had time to even complain she was reloading the towels and offered me another wash. I was shocked and very excited! Who does that anymore. In a world where top notch service is rare Pamela went above and beyond my expectations today. Riding off into the sunset in San Marcos with a shiny new looking car! I was hoping for a SD air freshener and he was out at the entrance to the wash, but he said he would get some for me and bring them to me and that’s exactly what he did! I’ve been coming here for many years, and the way I was treated today was over and beyond the call of duty absolutely! Nancy was the fast pass, and Jesus was the labor and they are both so sweet. I want to steal them to work for my company so you better watch out.
it’s the way this car wash destroyed the antennae on my car, completely tore the trunk open, and destroyed the back half of my car, and is telling my insurance it never happened. this place ruined two other cars after mine, tore a lady’s windshield wiper off, and another girls tailgate completely ripped up from her car. just pay for the damages super star y’all have video proof of it happening fr😭🙏
Watch your accounts if you come here for single car washes. On may 22, a young Hispanic male apprx 18-23 assisted my spouse on his first time here. He clearly stated he only wanted a single wash, refused a membership, and was charged $22 for a single wash. Now, a month later, we have an unauthorized charge for 37.95 for a membership we never asked for. Attempted to look up to see if we have an account and it states no account exists yet somehow our card is being charged. Cannot stand dishonest people and business practices. Charge will be disputed with bank for fraud AND will be returning for initial $22 spent since they want to steal from my family

Fernando is an amazing employee who went out of his way during my last visit. All staff are usually very helpful, but Fernando helped me out with my coupon and apologized for the wait (not his fault!). Once I was done, he stopped by to check on me and I had lost my phone! He helped me look for it and even offered to call it (it was underneath my car). Here is someone totelly going out of his way and offering outstanding customer service. Good job hiring the best representatives for the company, and I very much appreciate the service. 10 stars!
