4 months agoGreat car wash! Had the good fortune of meeting the owner while I was paying for a wash. Todd explained how the Monthly Lightning Pass Plans work. I signed up and took advantage of their Family Plans. Todd took the extra time to insure both mine and my wife’s Lightning Pass Plans were set up. Todd went the extra mile. Not very often you get that kind of person service from the business owner. Looking forward to keeping our cars clean at the Super Clean. I highly recommend!a month agoOne of the best sort of car washes I have ever been to. There were some young employees there to help if needed and to answer questions. Super friendly folks and the wash area was super nice and clean, and when I was done so was our car.a month agoWent from the best car wash in town with the previous owners to the absolute worst car wash ever!
When they first opened under the new name, their self wash had no hot water. They use a harsher chemical now that smells almost identical to engine degreaser. Not good for clear coat or ceramic coatings. Then they dumped out the towel roller barrels at night so people using the self wash at night couldn’t wring the water from their drying towels. Then they got greedy with the timer and you get less time for your money compared to the way it was with the previous owner. Now the self wash bays are closed for use at night after the tunnel wash is closed for the night. Horrible new ownership! 😠4 months agoWhat an awesome experience! Jake (I think that was his name) got me enrolled on the monthly Lightning Pass plan. Car wash is really cool with 3 different colors of soap that smell like an actual spa and my kids loved the light show. Great Customer Service and a Great car wash. I highly recommend.a year agoIf you’re looking for a good self-serve carwash, look no further. Boyfriend is a carwash aficionado and says this is one of the best carwashes he’s ever been to. Excellent soap, foam, and brush. Clean, quiet location. Reasonably priced. Assorted cleaning amenities available for purchase. Top notch carwash 🚗

I highly recommend!2 months agoUsually I use their drive-thru, it cleans everything outside better than most car wash. Today I opted for to wash the truck myself. For $11 I got my truck sparkling clean. I know I can’t do that with any other facility in town- it would be way more than that. That’s why I like these guys. The fact the staff is friendly and greet me when I get there is a bonus.in the last weekThe manager Jimbo (hope I spelled that right) is amazing, as he was getting off for the day they called him back to help out and he stayed a half an hour past just to go above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. All the staff is amazing and friendly, my husband asks me why I don’t go somewhere closer to our house, but you can’t beat the service! 😊

Never really got my vehicle clean, the indent where the license plate went and along the edges of the windows never got clean. Also if you call to cancel or get a refund the day you got charged, forget it. They don’t even try any other options or offer to pause it until you come back to use it or transfer it to somebody else. Unless you have $20 to throw away forget this place, go somewhere better.

I’ve come here often throughout the years it has been open and always a good experience and cost is decent, cheaper than other places. Lay out is very easy to navigate. Tenants at fee entree are always decent, cheerful and helpful when I go. Tenant stationed at the wash is always very clear on hand directions on aligning your vehicle up. Always fun to go through watching the wash cycles of whatever package you purchased. After you can chose to roll right on out to be on your merry way or go vacuum your car. Parking is spacious and has hoses on both sides. Sometimes you run into one hose that is clogged usually the other side is fine. The carwash also has windows so if you have kids and you dont want them in the way or they can’t help, you can let them watch as cars go through and still keep an eye on them. They have an area with machines that clean your floor mats along with a vending machine with small items to clean inside your vehicle with, air fresheners etc. One thing though that is the only inconvenience sometimes is when both mat cleaners are out of order and you need it, otherwise it does a decent job cleaning mats.
This is the third time I’ve gone here and half the vacuums don’t work and the other half have weak suction. I understand stuff breaks but when there are huge signs advertising free vacuums you’d think they would work most of the time.
Very unhappy employees. Seriously, half the brushes worked in the wash. The washes here keep getting worse. My car is still dirty after wash. Ran through second time and talked to employee guiding me in, said he doesn’t care for the maintenance people there and nothing he could do. Maybe get someone to keep the place running right! I’m cancelling my monthly wash. Going elsewhere.
