2 months agoWe were visiting a family member in Lewisville, TX and went in for a car wash. We paid with an American Express card. Our card was placed on their file without our permission and was subsequently charged on May 11, 2023 in the amount of $32.99 which amounts to theft and fraud. Do not go to this facility and use your credit card. We had to cancel our card. We tried calling the car wash but no one ever picks up their phone.2 months agoThis car wash is one of the best I’ve ever been to. They provide towels to dry with, air hose, interior car cleaner, window cleaner and a mat washer. The best is they don’t rush you to leave . The price is unbeatable in my opinionin the last weekThe vacuums are underpowered, the wash I would give 5 out of 10, to fast, and did not clean off simple dirt from areas. Honestly, it’s not worth the price.4 months agoOn Feb 10, 2023 I went to the office to cancel my monthly membership. I was helped quickly and told my current month would end on the 23rd and I could use the wash until that date. I was NOT offered any type of receipt and I saw the gentleman access my account on the computer and assumed all was well.
On February 24, 2023, my CC was charged $29.95 for another full month of service. I printed a copy of my credit card charge, took it the office and the man working said they would fix the error but it would be the manager who would take care of it after 11 a.m. After two days of hearing nothing, I went back by and was told flatly that there was nothing they could do since I did not have a receipt for the cancellation! I was not offered any such thing. The manager was concerned how a refund would look on his records, much more than his company’s reputation. After 4 contacts with the corporate office (zero response), I am out $29.95 for nothing…so, Whitewater stole my money from my credit card willfully. I am left with no recourse but to put the facts out there and report them to the BBB…! Hopefully that will catch management’s attention. I can live without the $29.95, but this business practice is just WRONG!2 months agoGood wash but half the vacuums never work. I’ve been a member for over a year and they always have vacuum problems. Would rather go to Flower Mound location where their vacuums work strong.

2 months agoLove this car wash, very detailed, first to scrub with brushes in the Lewisville area. Dryers at the end, makes drive through a spotless dry. The staff is always willing to assist of any questions or problems but I have never had an issue with the clean or service. I highly recommend the monthly subscription as two washes a month pays for it. Happy member for multiple years, and both our cars look great thanks Legacy car wash.a week agoI have the highest monthly membership and normally go once a week at least. Today, while they were pre-brushing my car before going into the automatic wash. The worker, after brushing the mirrors, forgot to fold them in. He pressed the button for the car wash to start and turned around as I started to go through. I noticed pretty quickly, as I was watching what he was doing, and tried to roll down the window while yelling to get his attention and push the driver side mirror. I Unfortunately was not as fast as the car wash, as both myself and the entire inside of my car were soaked with water and soap. The worker noticed and rushed to the other side to get the passenger side. This was really unfortunate as I was leaving work and was in some of my nicer clothes 🙃.
I understand mistakes happen, but when I asked the worker on the otherside for a rag to wipe out the inside and as well as a towel to dry myself off, I don’t think he understood me and went and grab the manager. The manager came up to my car, and I explained what had happened and again repeated my request for the rag and towel. He was very rude, saying normally they fold in the mirrors, but my that when the worker tried, it was too hard to push in. I then pushed the mirror in to show him that wasn’t true. I also informed him that I was watching the guy, and he pre-scrubbed the mirrors but never tried to push them in. I was going to let it go, but due to the way he handled the situation, I asked to cancel my membership. He took a photo of my sticker, huffed, turned around, and walked off. I parked where the vaccums are, and after waiting for about 10 minutes he came back out and handed me my cancelation receipt. I never did get that towel or rag.
3 months agoGreat service everytime, very friendly. The car wash itself actually cleans my car really well and the line is always short. They have different levels of service and offer detailing too with all reasonable rates and a monthly subscription option as well which helps you save even more! I like that they dry my car off at the end too so I can roll my windows down if I need lol my local car wash for sure!4 months agoThe car wash always leaves my car nice and clean, I especially like the air hose for those hard to reach places on the dash.4 months agoSo It’s been a while since I last visited my favorite car wash Urban Car Wash at 1540 West Main in Lewisville and found it under new management as Legacy Car Wash.I was just going to get a basic $7 wash and found myself adding $5 and $5 for wheel and tire cleaning when the new Manager Manuel met me and showed me how I could save money with a monthly plan.
He did a great job explaining it and I realized my car is my second biggest expense; so I should take care of it. Therefore getting several washes a month is a good investment. It’s really not very expensive to do so.
I like the new attire of the employees and Manuel as a manager was just great. FIVE BIG STARS FROM ME!!

May be the worst car wash I’ve ever had. My car looks so bad after the wash. There were no towels or way to dry my car, once it air dried it looked bad! There was no one anywhere to help or ask about towels. I emailed the corporate office, bc I was charged twice for my car wash package and to let them know the one I got was bad, they responded they couldn’t help, that I should visit another location or go speak to the manager on site. There isn’t anyone on site except an employee whom helps direct cars onto the track. I was shocked at how the corporate office handled the feedback. I had to go somewhere else to wash my car.
I’ve been a member for almost a year, it used to be called Dream wash; since it’s been changed over to zip wash it’s gone downhill. They no longer do interior cleaning. After I went through the wash there was still bugs left on my car so I went through it again and same thing. So I went inside to let them know I just want the bugs off my car. I was told they longer power spray or scrub the front bumper anymore because one of the workers almost got ran over last week. I ended up going through the car wash 3 times and there was still bugs left the front bumper. I went back inside and cancelled my membership. Very disappointed.
I did the $15 wash & my windshield is still completely covered in bug guts. I don’t expect much from a drive thru wash, but normally it at least gets the windshield fairly clean. It seemed like it was moving us through really quickly & basically only rinsed the dust off the front/sides.
Greg up front was great with customer service and was very polite and welcoming.
My $15 “Gold” wash was lacking. Person that is supposed to do a soapy brush on the front/rear bumpers did a half-hearted swipe on the rear and didn’t even touch the front. I’ll be doing rework at home because the car isn’t that clean.
Disappointing.
Jade was really nice. So much so that I went ahead and signed up for a membership even though they only do exteriors. The actual carwash seemed to be better than when they were owned by a different company. I don’t know if they upgraded their brushes. However there is no longer anyone cleaning your front and rear by hand. But that’s okay because the PREVIOUS owners did a horrible job at that anyway.
