2 months agoCar wash and oil change were good, but I didn’t know what the heck I was doing or who I should be talking to at first.
No one was at the desk and I was standing at the counter for a while. I was told different directions. Maybe add a check in station that is clear to anyone going for the first time.
I’d rather go to Take 5 and wash my car myself to be honest.a month agoThe wash itself was good, but when I got in my car, there was a bad smell. So I started walking back inside to get an air freshener. The woman Manger asked me what was wrong and I told her there was a smell in my car and I thought it mite be the water from washing the floor mats. She told me they use soapy water, so it couldn’t be that. She then told me if there was a smell, it was there when I came in. I proceeded to buy the air freshener and politely told her that my car did not smell before I got there. I mean I went back into buy air freshener. Wasn’t asking for money back or anything additional from Todd’s and she was soooo rude. Told her I wouldn’t be coming back and she said that’s fine. How the heck do you stay in business like that. I even tipped the workers $10!!! Not going back!4 months agoAfter hearing so many great things about Todd’s I decided to try them and got the $30 Turbo Wash. I was very disappointed with the work. The windshield is still dirty, the cup holders and dashboard look like they were barely wiped down. The floor mats still have debris. Once I got home I had to dust, vacuum, and wipe down the interior myself which is what I was trying to avoid doing by going to Todd’s in the first place. Overall just made me sad.2 months agoThe sad part went there before 5pm and management couldn’t have been more disrespectful. She wanted to go home early so she decided to shut it down. As she was yelling and complaining the entire time. This is the 3rd time I came her and the women manager disrespected me. Definitely not worth my service2 years agoChipped my car’s paint and couldn’t even give me a full refund. Came for a car wash. Picked the $30 full service which is interior and exterior washing. When they were done they told me they could do a detailing to get the black off the top of my car. When they were done I noticed my handles had been stripped of paint significantly. Not just one on handle but on all four. Not to mention the black spots were still there. When I told the manager what had happened all he offered me was the $20 back for the detailing even when I asked for the full $50 politely. I have an old car so I wasn’t upset about the messed up paint, I was upset I still had to pay for it.

2 months agoThe guys sprayed and wiped my car down really well… Five stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐3 years agoBeen having the monthly unlimited membership over here for the last couple of years. The people over here always friendly, they always clean off the windshield, front of the vehicle and everything else by brush before you enter the automatic wash. Wouldn’t think of bringing my vehicle anywhere else unless I need it a hands on, full-scale detailing.
Definitely recommend!a year agoThis is the only place I go, to get my car clean. The men are friendly and work hard. The vacuums are great, parking lots are cleaned throughout the day, and the car wash itself gets all the dirt off your vehicle from top to bottom. 😍😁a year agoI like the was because of it’s convenience but I offen have to re-run my suv back through the wash because the back window and hatch is not fully cleaned the first time.a year agoOK, so here’s an update… This wash is way too powerful and they know it. It constantly pushes my mirrors in the wrong direction and even took off the cover to my driver side mirror, I was so worried that it would have killed the electronics and damage the cover.. Thankfully it did not and I was able to put the cover back on the mirror.. I went to cancel my subscription but stayed on as the dude said he could make the spinning brishes a little wider when I go through.. But instead he put the entire wash at half power or below, and it didn’t even wash the car! I then tried to go in at 10mins before they closed and they had already closed, so I called to end my subscription as I was just done with this place. I told him I had just gotten billed $20 and last time I went there was almost damage to my car and wanted to have it refunded.. HE REFUSED saying I used it once already and couldn’t refund, I’m like.. It’s a $6 wash and you’re charging $20 for it.. We went round and round.. He finally said he’d refund the full amount so I was done and hung up.. It’s been 3 weeks and they still haven’t refunded me! I feel like he did this just to get me off the phone. VERY SHADY COMPANY. Will never refer anyone to this place!ORIGINAL REVIEW: After a year subscription at Classic Auto Spa, this place is much more professional and has a much better que system than CAS.. $5 higher per month, but makes all the difference!

I just left classic auto spa on johnston st. for the LAST time. There’s no more tire shine guys now. Which is understandable. They’ve done that before during covid. No big deal. I would just get the $5 wash and wash my rims and tires myself. Normally, the $15 wash would get you an upgraded wash and tire shine by the guys. Well NOW, they said they have a $15 wash that includes the tire shine with the wash. By the machines. Well not only did that NOT work, my truck came out FILTHY. I just spent $15 and an hour cleaning my truck. I feel like i just got robbed. If I wanted to wash my truck for an hour, I would have just done it myself. Im officially done with classic auto spa.
Used these guys for a while now, one morning the wash ripped my mirror cover off of my vehicle. Immediately reported to management which verified the cause of the damage via surveillance. They requested estimates on repairs. Once fulfilled, communication decreased and now getting the run around. Refusing to give insurance information or video footage. Never had issues with the location in carencro to be fair. Only the Johnston St. Wash.
I have used this place since they opened. Never ever had a complaints but now not so good. Car is not totally clean or dry. Before clean and hardly any water to wipe off. Wheels not clean at all even though it says wheels being cleaned. The mirror not being there is a bad move. I went last Saturday and ran the car through the wash. Wiped down everything there including the wheels. Sunday went out of town strictly highway driving. Brought the car back on Wednesday to run it through the car wash. Wiping down the car and wheels noticed several deep indentations on the hood and the passenger rim ripped pretty bad. There is no way that happened on my watch so just thinking it happened in the car wash. Yes no proof but pretty sure that did not happen while I was driving it. And yes no one ever’s answers the
phone. So it makes sense now that when you go there you no longer see long lines.
AVOID! ZERO STARS. Do NOT waste your money here. This is robbery. Paid for the best package… You’re better off letting your car sit out in the rain.
Terrible service. I pulled up to the window and the clerk literally walked away and said I had to wait. Put someone else in her seat who stared at her phone for almost 10 minutes before finally waiting on me. Car wash used to be best in town when it was Classic. Now its super rushed and they don’t rinse enough. I have gone here for the last time. Lafayette has plenty of car washes. I will find one with better service and product.
