2 months agoIt seems that numerous crew car washes are all about the same! My trunk to the bottom of my rear bumper seldom gets cleaned and rinsed off! Even though I have to stop and dry off my car in order to 1. Dry what the dryers miss 2. Raise my trunk to get the excess water and soap taken off 3. However compared to other washes crew is the best.
Until I get back to Hendricks County I pay $40/mo for unlimited washes and drive 30 miles to get my car washed at a crew car wash7 months agoJust went through the car wash , was supposed to get the Ultimate .. the tailgate of my truck was never touched. Stop stacking cars so close together so the back of vehicles can get washed. I didn’t have time to go back through or I would have .. not that it would have made difference.. Wife had a similar experience recently as wellin the last weekI live in the country so I know I will have to wash a second time with a white car and country bugs it is inevitable- they never have an issue with it and are always friendly and patient especially with them standing out in this heat and air qualitya year agoThe fact that you have to pay $2 for the vacuums is absurd. I honestly didn’t know there were still places out there that don’t offer free vacuums, especially @$22 for a single wash (or $17 for the middle wash as in my case).This is my first, and last time at this Crew Car Wash location. For the last 16 months, I have been traveling from Ohio to work in Indiana and with it being a 5-hour drive each way, my car needless to say, gets pretty dirty. As everyone can attest, this particular time of the year my front bumper gets covered in tiny little bits of death so I wash my car weekly. I understand it’s unrealistic for a car wash to clean off all the bugs so what I have been doing is pre-treating with bug remover and wiping most of them off right before the entrance. This has been working pretty darn well up to this point, in fact, it worked multiple times at their location in Merrillville and removed 98% of the bugs (I never used the vacuums there so I don’t know if they charge as well). As shown in the pictures of my Red Ford Fusion, this wash did an awful job and I basically have to go wash my car again elsewhere.
The only reason I stopped to use the vacuums was to try and get something out of the place since the wash was a waste of money and that just ended up being a slap in the face when I saw it was $2 to use them. It should have been obvious when there is a line of cars and not a single vacuum being used.
I gave two stars because employees were quite pleasant and seemed to be hardworking.
6 months agoThis location is amazing. My two young daughters ask to go here legitimately every single day. The amount I money I spend here on both of my vehicles is a lot. I feel like it’s well worth it because of how happy it makes my girls. I have not met a team member yet that is unkind. They always draw a fun picture on the back windows for the kids! Today they gave us little mascot, stuffed animals. The customer service here is unmatched, and I will continue to come back as often as my daughters ask!

I purchased the ultimate wash and went through twice and STILL have many bugs left on my front end. No, they haven’t been sitting on there for weeks, I went straight to the carwash after a long road trip. Their underbody wash is also little to nonexistent. I have had the unlimited membership for around 3 years. Never even once had a bad experience. I did today. I got my black truck washed. I pulled around to get a vacuum comp. The two girls one blonde and a heavy set brunette just stood there chatting for more than 5 minutes. They even looked over at me several times. I rolled down the window. Still neither came over. Terrible service, a first.2 months agoTheir car wash caused a crack in the. The indicated that they would take care of it within 5 days. After 5 days they called and said that there was already a chip in the windshield but there was no chip in the windshield and they took pictures of it where you can see there’s no chip in the windshield. I would not use their car wash. They did not take care of a long-term customer and they will lose the customer forever. Shame on you crew wash for not taking care of the damage you caused.

So I can say that I have been to every crew car wash in the state of Indiana. For some reason everytime I visit no matter the location the clear coat bulb is always burned out.
This was right across the street from Fazoli’s the wash itself was 4 out of 5 🌟. Very clean location I respect cleanliness

Had to run car through 2 times to still not clean. 2nd windshield wiper to get tore up . Put bags on your wipers or you will spend $60 replacing the blades.
Very nice car wash. The cheapest was $11 and it did a great job to me. No need to pay for the high price one. 😄 besides in the dry heat and dust of the summer ☀️ it’s back needing a wash in a week😂
