a year agoLong review inbound but I feel it’s necessary. I had INCREDIBLY HIGH hopes for Epic. All the great reviews, moving to a new bigger location (to me means business is strong), and decent scheduling and pricing.
I opted to have a 1997 Tahoe fully detailed including the engine bay. Paint was rough in areas, inside was a disaster for sure, and engine needed love. I expressed over the phone numerous times how the stains had been there a long time, the vehicle had sat for 6 years, but that I was willing to pay extra to get it done right and make her new again.
I turned it in on a Friday at 9am and I was told it would be done “By Saturday Midday at the latest.” They said it was due to Covid, and scheduling conflicts, but they essentially ran other quicker jobs through the site and mine sat for days partially finished. I didn’t get to pick it up until halfway through Monday. Which I was honestly okay with, as long as the extra time meant the worked showed it. (Which on the phone I was told numerous times that it was “To make sure we get everything taken care of and that it’s because of other jobs that were scheduled on Saturday”)
The result was met with mixed emotions. The drivers cup holder had brown liquid and particles in it likely from them steaming the vent above it, the door threshold still had dirt on it, and a surprisingly large amount of the carpet had stains still present. Don’t get me wrong, these guys did an incredible amount of good cleaning, but its apparent that they don’t use drill brushes to really get out stains because any fabric surface was pretty lack luster and disappointing. If you go on YouTube and look up “Detail Geek” and watch his videos, that’s the quality I was expecting and Epic didn’t deliver.
I called and brought the issues to their attention once I finally saw it myself as I had someone else pick it up for me since it wasn’t done when expected, and they did offer to have me schedule to bring it back it. But I can’t be without a vehicle any longerand the delays were very off putting.
I’m just going to do another interior detail myself this weekend to pull out stains.
In summary, they cleaned a lot, but the lack of final attention to detail, and what felt like being put behind higher priority clients leaves a lasting bad taste.
If you have a normal vehicle with typical cleaning needed, I’m sure they will dial you in. But this is not the place to bring a car that is in true interior detail need conditions. They seem under equipt to handle major renovation expectations even when I mentioned that I was willing to pay hundreds more to see a true transformation.
I’m a very reasonable person and I give business’ the benefit of the doubt as I work in the service industry too, and I never leave detailed reviews like this but it felt necessary.

I got a 5 year ceramic coating + window tints on my ‘22 Civic. So happy with how it turned out, the pricing was reasonable as well. I brought my car in and it was pretty dirty & had some minor scratches from drive thru car washes and it showed up a lot on my black paint. I had some scheduling conflicts and they worked around them with no problems. When I picked it up today it looked straight out of the dealership, (but it’s even better now with protected paint & darker tints) 😍 Will be returning again!in the last weekI took my Mercedes 300 in to Epic after a disastrous drive through car wash~the damage from the wash was BAD. Epic brought it back to new, (it was a new car, but the car wash had some cleaning agent that was horrible). It looks so great!!! 10 out 10 I’d recommend them to any and all!!!! a month agoWhile the bulk of the detail was ok, I don’t think the service was worth what I paid. I purchased the Manager’s Special for $79. There were spots on the seats that should have been cleaned and not just vacuumed. The interior dressing was splotchy. There were crumbs in the cupholders and a few other places that were missed, and there were spots that still needed vacuuming. I’d rather pay the extra money and take my car to a detail shop to get better quality.4 months agoWorst detailing I have had done .

I have dirt in every part of my car still it doesn’t even look vacuumeda month agoIt did an OK job not really but I really needed a wash for my car because it was filthy. I figure it would work really well here but it didn’t. It left so much dirt left behind. They really need a high-pressure pre-wash first before you go into the car wash to make sure everything is getting off the car. Well because $15 is a lot of money for someone who barely works out here specially for a single mom who is trying to make it on her own. That is a lot of money to me for a car wash and it never even got my car clean. Very disappointed.2 weeks agoGreat price and manageable wait time for a full interior detail. Also, one of the first drive thru washes I’ve found that gets all the road-trip caked bugs off the front of my car in the first go. Will be making this a regular stop!5 months agoI was hesitant to go here because of the mixed reviews but I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were friendly and those doing the detailing were thorough. They waited for me to inspect the car and then have them touch anything up before moving on. For $79.99, I got a full detail, though I did not get the hand polish and scratch removal which I might have opted for if the front end staff mentioned it. I will call first next time, so I know what to ask for. Overall, good quality and good service, especially for those of us who cannot afford $350 – $500 for a detail.

Best car wash experience at this location. My car always looks great with “The Works”, and staff is always super nice. The vacuums are the best. They don’t use the coin system. Simply pay for a wash and then quickly use the vacuums afterward. They are not timed. Always busy at this location on a nice day, but never had a problem getting through the lines. Other drivers can be a problem, but there is no helping that!
This location gets your car washed better than others and they can accommodate trucks with racks!
BEWARE. Took my brand-new Subaru through there for a car wash and ended up with extensive scratches across the whole top right side of my hood. I mean we are talking about the full length of the hood, from bumper to windshield. I’m heartbroken. Also, the wash job was not good at all either. They don’t get the car very clean, then seal the dirt in with the ceramic coating. Do not go there! If I could give zero stars I would. This place is terrible.
ABSOLUTE SCAM!!! Payed for 5 months get 1 free deal, after 3 months they do not want to do my car anymore, I called the phone number they gave me over 40 times and did their scam activision which does absolutely nothing, no one picks up on the phone, nor calls back, I didn’t know it’s a buy 5 months get 3, and flip off deal, they keep on looking at my car surprised that everything is stock and same plates on, I’m like give me a refund I don’t know learn how to do business and fix the bugs and glitches in the system… I appreciate if anyone read this far even if it makes no sense and you never had issues
They go above and beyond all the time. Lost a bug shield, which was found. Unfortunately another employee threw it away before I could get it. Washman bought me a new bug shield without question. It’s a company policy. Love these guys
