a month agoI have used this car wash many times but this particular time after I went through the automatic wash I pulled over to vacuum and I noticed my rear wiper was broken off my rear window. I went inside and told the worker on duty and he stopped the car wash and went inside to retrieve my broken wiper arm. He gave me a business card to the owner and told me to email the owner. I emailed the owner about this incident and called and left a voicemail but he has yet to contact me back and it’s been almost 1 month. The part is only $20 on Amazon and an easy fix that I ended up having to pay for and fix myself. I don’t recommend this car wash to anyone that wants to keep their car from getting damaged because the owner won’t contact you back with a solution. There’s my experience. I won’t be back.a week agoI used the car wash at the Rogers Avenue location and Tony was so nice, helpful, and cute! 😜 I got the $16 wash and my windshield didn’t get cleaned the best the first time thru so he sent me thru again and upgraded it to the best wash. It came out perfect! Thanks again Tony for the outstanding customer service! 😊3 weeks agoPaid $25 for their super wash, or whatever it was called, drove a couple blocks down the road and see that I have spots and dirt still all over my car! Now they won’t even answer the phone for me to see if they will take care of it for me. Don’t waste your time or money!a month agoThursday I came in and Tony Jr had me roll my window down and told me welcome to USA CAR WASH were we take pride in giving the best car wash. Then said he don’t know if the soap will clean the St Louis cardinal plate off the front I laugh really hard and told him you must be a Cubs fan he said yes. Have to love baseball season. Will definitely be back. Ps he needs a raise he even cleaned my floor Matt’s and gave me air fresheners.a month ago3 stars for the men that work there. Zero stars for the actual business. I am utterly disappointed in this car wash. I signed up for the monthly 39.99 plan. I have only washed 2x and both times have had issues with my car not being cleaned properly. Maybe I have been spoiled with the amazing car washes I have been to in a different few states. But this one. I still have soap and dirt on my car after the wash. Not to mention dirt and lack of water and soap residue in my wheel wells. Makes me believe that the undercarriage is not being cleaned and in which is part of the package. Seems that there is not much water at the rinse. The lack of power in the vacuums are just embarrassing to even call them vacuums. The lot is dirty and not maintnenced very well. The manager should be ashamed of the way this wash is ran. Save your money and dont make the mistake I did. Find another wash.

2 months agoWent through the car wash on Phoenix Ave. and the first time through, soap was still all over my car. I told the employees and they had no problem sending me back through to try and get the soap off, but the pictures below are from the second time through with soap all over my car still. By the time I vacuumed my car, the soap had dried and left nasty spots and smudges on my car, which was the whole purpose of paying $20 to get my car clean. The employees were great, but we won’t be coming back. It simply just didn’t do the job.3 months agoI love this drive-thru car wash! First time I’ve used one this fancy. I will definitely use it again when I’m back in the area. The staff was friendly and informative. I even got a free car freshie that smells amazing!!! The entire car wash lot is kept very neat and clean as well.3 months agoI would say the car washout after the steep price of 25$ for the top package most things offered in the package didn’t work wax not available tire shine not avaliable the only thing they did have was soap and water. There’s a red headed character that works there that explained if I didn’t like it I could do it myself. It must be there business management that allows employees to act like that. I honestly hope and one who needs a car wash skips this horrible place . Just buy a water bottle and dump it on your car it will be the same results. It didn’t even get all the dust off my truck. Wheels and tires aren’t clean. I complained about the other location and they said to email.. I emailed. No response. Might as well rinse the car off with a water hose than pay $20.4 weeks agoI love this car wash. I get the monthly membership. Every time I’m in town I go thru and wash plus vacuum my car. I get asked all of the time how I keep the inside of my 7 year old tahoe clean and I have to give this car wash all the props!

The owner is so nice and I would have to agree with the other reviews… he is probably the nicest/hardest worker in Arkansas! The whole staff was friendly and hard working! There was a wait but it was totally worth it. My car looks brand new! I will definitely be coming back!!
Please be sure you are going to the Splash across from Harps Grocery Store! The sign just says “Car wash”.
What a wonderful experience. I arrived there when they opened, as it always seems to be a line of cars waiting I wanted to beat the crowd. It was the best experience! The young guys out there are working their butts off the entire time! I had the pleasure of interacting with two of them, you don’t get their names but for the sake of the review
I will call them “Jeep guy” and “Pink shorts”(Both had shoulder length hair).They were so polite and smiled when they spoke to you. They seemed pretty happy to be there which is great. All of them took pride in whatever part of the process they were involved with. I took one of my vehicles and they did such a great job I went home and picked up the other as well. The line does look intimidating but it moves fairly quickly. They started about 815, I made a trip home and brought a second vehicle and was done about 940!!! Excellent timing for a hand wash!!! Keep up the great work. I will definitely be returning.
I did exterior cash wash and polishing here. It was super. They do hand wash your car first before passing it through the tunnel. Then, they hand dry your car with towel. They are very respectful of you. I think it is a family owned and operated business. I saw a dad, mom and their daughter all taking care of your car in a great way with their other workers. I will definitely be their regular customer.
This is hands down the best car wash around. The service is amazing every time we go. It’s awesome that the owner works along side his employee, that says a lot for a business. The lines are long sometimes but 🤷🏼♀️ it’s worth it. Just plan around it if you’re in a hurry today go the next time simple as that! Have a blessed day all!!!!!
