2 months agoAfter vacuum and wash they have 3-4 people crawling all over your car wiping and cleaning everything. They spend some solid time going over everything. This isn’t a car detailing service it is a carwash. So manage your expectations but they really do try to go above and beyond to get all the crumbs dirt and grime off your car.6 months agoBroke my mirror and not even willing to accept their fault. As soon as I left the car wash, mirror fell to ground and they said they did not break. Horrible.a month agoI paid over $30.00 to have my car wash, although the wait was extremely long i ignored that issues. Once I arrived home, I realized the inside of my car was not vacuumed. ( I live in San Ramon) I brought the car back, spoke to the manager ( business owner) and he told me “ you should have checked” his attitude was horrible. He did not offer a free car wash nor my money back. As a business owner, I feel that he should have at least offered a car wash in the future. Unfortunately we will no longer bring our cars here. They have a ice chest up by the vacuum area to put it in. They work their butts off and do a beautiful job. I Always leave a 5.00 tip. They see me coming and know me. I respect them, they do a great job. It’s so easy to be nice.

2 months agoThey cleaned my windows with a rag that must have had rain x on it or some other chemical that dried to haze and makes night driving dangerous! Very annoyed they spent 15 mins drying/vac etc but windows are terrible, and auto wash misses many spoys like license plate area on bumper. No attempt to spit check. Not worth $35 + tip.a month agoGreat car wash with friendly staff. I removed one star for how early they close. If I could ask for one improvement, it would be to find a better window cleaning method. Guy told me to bring it to the dealership.. second time, they were corners that were not even cleaned: the area near the car plate, arches, bottom of bumpers. Seems neglected and that’s a shame. It’s easy to spot on a white cara year agoThis review is after visiting many times and actually using their service multiple times. Never had the car been cleaned at all. Always returned not satisfied. I am not speaking about detailing but even the basics. Just came back home and see the dirty car in images all around. Wipers not even lifted. The bumper has everything on it has before I went. They always hurry up. I try to get some spots done after completion, but how much can you say. I have a coupon, so forced to go here. Very poor cleaning repeatedly.

I have been here plenty of times in the past. I’ve gone here, many many many times over the years with many different cars and my feelings are mixed. I like the convenience of being able to just drive up and quickly get an oil change, but the quality of service varies from time to time.
I took my Mercedes in the other day for nothing but an oil change not even an air filter change. It ended up costing me over $130 out the door which would’ve been nice had a been given a heads up about the price. Anyway, last night I was up for hours, trying to figure out why my engine was knocking. Once I figured out that Dublin oil changers had overfilled my car with more than a quart of oil above the max fill line on the dipstick causing my oil pressure to be too high, and now my lifters are knocking. I had to go out and pick up a fluid extractor and pull hot oil out of my car at 10 PM at night because I needed my car this morning…
All I can say, is use caution when dealing with this place as the quality of service is minimal at least.
But don’t worry they’ll smile and be nice to you while they break your car.
Considering a lawsuit as I had a previous issue with this oil changers when they broke the engine cover because they didn’t know how to take the Clips off last year.
Quick service once it’s your turn. There were two cars waiting for each of three bays, but I was in and out in not quite an hour from arrival to leaving. Bought 2 car washes for price of one ($12), car came out looking good on the outside. Will be back!
Very satisfied with service and the care of my car. Waited awhile, but there were 2 cars in front of me for each of the three bays … oil and filter change, fluid top off, and a drive through wash (buy one, get two, $12 !) and was in and out in under an hour. Price is fair, and you get what you pay for 👍. Will be back fosho 👍
Got my oil changed, my transmission fluid change, and my air filters replaced. They are always extremely kind, respectful, and very quick. They also do not try to up charge you in my experience and they just ask for what you need. I would definitely recommend you go here!
