5 months agoBig store with a variety of clothing brands, Jewelry, kitchen, bedding & bath items available. Is at accessible distance from Haslet & Fort Worth. This store has backstage available which has best deals on various products.a month agoGood cloths but surprisingly very distressed fitting rooms… (see pic). It would be good to upgrade it a little bit.2 months agoThe experience that I had it was amazing. They were very professional, They will go far and beyond so you have the best experience ever.I would highly recommend this store to anyone ,I Love this store, the staff is beautiful and the service the owner gives is outstanding.

3 months agoIn shopping for one of my favorite colognes at this Macy’s, other customers held the counter sales lady’s attention. But to my surprise, another representative showed up to save the day, giving me a little strip to from which to smell a completely new fragrance. She then helped me find the very eau de toilette I came for. Great customer service through and through!3 months agoI met the most beautiful, Caring young lady,Lexi.She works in the cosmetic department at Macy’s. She’s having her first baby. But her genuine personality is amazing. I asked her would I make her day if I opened an account. She was so surprised about me doing so. And of course I did. a month agoThree story Macy’s store located within the mall. First floor is women’s shoes, handbags, clothes, makeup, and perfume/cologne. Second floor is kid’s selection and Toys R Us section. The second floor also has Macy’s backstage with items at a discounted price. The third floor is furniture and home items. The store is beautifully designed with escalators to take you to the different floors. Best way to save is downloading the Macy’s app and creating a free account. That way you can receive points on your purchases and see all the sales.9 months agoWe went to this store yesterday to some clothes . They had the black friday sale going on already a week prior .They had good collection and selection for clothes. My wife wanted to buy some shoes as well , they had good offer for that too. We go here often and they usually are not crowded and they have ample of parking also.a year agoThis franchise is really not good one, dont go there as it is not worth it, i tried to find something but i ended up leaving without buying anything! Not organized, the prices in the backstage is more than the prices in the discount sections, in general i don’t recommend it.3 weeks ago👍 Clearances today (Sunday 813). Tax Free weekend a bonus. Found $20 Fila Kicks (regular price $85) & 3pairs 2.00 reading 👓 for 9.00. Being 7 PM: The store was unusually trashed. What a hot mess. 60% off Suit sale. Too late & 107° not conducive to try on dress clothes though.On a previous experience:. Kudo’s to the young folks for helping me locate my tablet in the men’s department after the store closing after 9:10 p.m. I was shopping for suits for myself and my fiance as well as selecting two colored (navy & red 15×32) spread collar dress shirts for myself. Lauren and Calvin Klein sport the most comfortable professional attire dress shirts & Tommy Hilfiger the most comfortable navy, grey & black suits & separates. My day was long & I was ditzy, fatigued, & forgetful all evening ‘re: My purchases & personal belongings. Thank you Macy’s for exemplary & kind care. The only shortcoming I witnessed was that both fitting rooms on second floor were almost as messy as my closet. Easy for shoplifters to thrive.
4 months agoLoved everything except for the aged cashier at the backstage, couldn’t catch his name, but he was really rude. Can’t help but mention the lovely cashier woman with the blue eyes at the perfumes section downstairs, she was lovely and kind.

Great customer service. The cashier was very helpful. She helped all 3 of us find what we were looking for. I cannot remember her name but she had beautiful black nails.
Dirty store and no customer service at the men’s cologne counter. Sales associates were there but NEVER acknowledged me at all. I stopped by the counter five different times as I was shopping. The sales associates were not with other customers so there is no excuse. I went to Dillards and spent over 500k on cologne for gifts. This happened Saturday April 29th.
I bought a watch and the pin kept falling out, so I had to go back and have them fix it. Also, it didn’t fit super well after I bought it, so I had the lady take out a few more links. After she finished making the edits, she then responded with I should gain weight. Just buy a watch on Amazon and have a local jeweler adjust the band if needed.
This was the absolute dirtiest Macy’s I’ve ever had the displeasure of going in to, I can’t say I shopped in the store because I was disgusted by the appearance. The only bright spot of the experience was the staff. It’s unfortunate that they have to work in this atmosphere. I sincerely hope this store is in the process of a makeover or it just needs to close.
The lovely ladies at the jewelry counter are awesome! Went to this location after the gym (tbh I didn’t look so great), but they were so friendly and really made me feel comfortable while helping me pick out a ring. I’ll definitely be back just because of them 🙂
