Huge selection at this Macy’s. I was looking for a long fancy dress and a short one. The long dress in the prom section was super cheap. Only $69 (it was plain without any sequins or silk). There were so many options for what I needed. They also have Macy’s backstage which had good options but not as good quality. They had all of the departments of a normal Macy’s and it was clean. They had a lot of fitting rooms and they were also clean when I went in. The checkout process was quick and there were enough associates that people didn’t need to wait for more than 2 minutes at the time I was there. Would definitely recommend!
There are also a lot of stores in the mall itself if you don’t find what you’re looking for here.
Went there to buy a replacement toaster oven. I had already put it in my cart so knew they had them in stock. They weren’t able to find one so Raiyatta stepped in and went searching. She wasn’t able to find one but she assisted us in ordering one to be shipped to our home. Her customer service as well as the older woman at the cash register was awesome. It is always a pleasure shopping in this Macy’s. There are several closer to me but I choose to travel the longer distance to get to this one.
What in the world happened to Macy’s? This location is like a cesspool. It’s dirty, disorganized. I’m shocked the brands would still partner with Macy’s considering the shape their stores are in. They have cheap white and blue signs all over giving the feeling of a discount department store like Ross’s. There is 1 open fitting room and 1 cashier on the 1st level, right side where the day to day clothing is. All of their other fitting rooms are blocked off. They don’t carry many styles in store and what they do have is very low inventory. Just absolutely terrible. The other review that posted beautiful pictures with perfectly organized merchandise – those pictures are very clearly from several years ago when this store was actually decent. It’s been going downhill for 6 years, but today I was in absolute shock. Sad to have seen this chain go so downhill.
If you need to buy a mattress & box springs, the only way to know what you’re getting is to lie down on them! Macy’s furniture & bedding section is in one corner of the second floor, and Greg Stumpo is one of the best sales people I’ve ever worked with. He’s been in the bedding business for over 20 years and knows his stuff. You’ll get no high pressure sales pitches from him. His in-person attention to your needs and professionalism are really welcome in this point-and-click age.
We had a great experience shopping for a mattress, so much so that we didn’t go to our second choice store to look at what they had available. Our salesman was so knowledgeable and low pressure, and the sale prices were so competitive with the other mattress discount place that we felt we got a great deal. Macy’s delivery terms and trial guarantees are also better than competing stores.
