I used to go there alot when I was little never had any issue last year when me and my friends at the time wanted to look at the dogs they acted like they were scared and intimated by us and told us we can look at the dogs and then we seen two white family goes back there and look they acted like we was going to steal the dogs I felt extremely disrespected the told us to go online but when I called about this dog I wanted he was extremely rude and told me no Isaid I needed to have a house with a fence I told him I need a dog for therapy I’m all set with them in never going back so I guess they win I just want to bring awareness don’t judge a book by its cover.

  4. Very clean and pretty happy to see that they only had a few animals up for adoption. I was looking for a cat and there were none available at the time. Very friendly staff at the front desk

    I try to keep my shopping local, but sometimes there’s a deal breaker. The other day, I went in for my usual critter food. I paid for my purchase & went out to the loading dock to wait for my stuff to be loaded into my truck. The young man (he’s very nice) came out and told me they were out of deer corn. I asked him why then did I pay for something that was out of stock? He said because they (the gals inside) don’t pay attention. I went back inside and asked them to sign my receipt so I could come in & pick it up once their delivery came in. I called yesterday and the girl said their delivery hadn’t come in yet but that she’d call once it did. She called me a couple hours later and said the delivery was there and I asked her to put a deer corn aside for me as I wouldn’t be able to come in until the following day (today). My husband went to pick it up and was told their order wouldn’t be in until next Thursday. And there’s your deal breaker. Don’t tell me something I need (which I already paid for) is there when it’s not. My husband informed them that we wouldn’t be back. And we won’t. We’ll be going to a more reputable supplier from now on.

    Absolutely love everything about this place, just wish it had better visibility and location – kinda hard to find the first time but you will keep going back if you can. They have so much for plants and pets that having stuff for people is a nice touch – but go get that ice cream!

    They have merchandise similar to what Agway carried. You can find a lot of what you need for pets, farm animals, and birds. Good sales staff who are very knowledgeable and friendly.

    Everytime I have been here these guys have been over accommodating. They always ask what I need and if they don’t have it they make an effort to get it. They also have a huge selection of feed and ag supplies. I went here after calling around different feed and ag supplies and asking if they had dical or dried molasses, when Hydes picked up they said they didn’t have it, but they were the only store that said they would get it for me. Everyone else just said “sorry.” This is a place I’m going to Gove my business to for a long time.

    I was recommend threw a friend that Volunteers her time to the shelter. Fath was extremely helpful & patient with me call after call. She didn’t have a 5 yr old but new several people that have adoption kitty’s she found a beautiful male sits on my lap all papers in order plus a chip Thank you so much.

    Went there to donate some things. Ladies that own/work were very kind and helpful. They can use volunteers, donations and all the sweet kitties can use fosters or forever homes.

    These people are amazing, their cars and kittens are all adorable and well loved by their Foster family which make up a majority of the volunteers. You can tell that they are there for the some propose of getting home for all of the cats. We got Baxter there today and we couldn’t be happier!
