2 months agoGot the diamond wash ($30), the wash ended up breaking the antenna on my car (not a long antenna and I drive a subcompact SUV, so not a tall car either). I came back an hour later after I noticed the antenna had broken off, they said that they looked for it but couldn’t find it, and asked for my contact information to let me know if they find it in ~30 minutes after checking the cameras. A couple hours go by and I try calling them multiple times with no response. Not necessarily their fault that the wash broke my antenna, and I now have to buy a new one, but they really could have handled the situation better.2 months agoScamThe system is designed to overcharge people
In the self serve section, I just brushed my car and sprayed it for 11 minutes, then saw a charge of $17.50 on my card

2 months ago7 dollars for 4 minutes, 4 minutes is just one setting out of how many? 15 minutes and than the machine maxes out which it does not tell you, and charges you 25 dollars for 15 minutes because you do not hit the stop button. I have been charged over 500 in these fees between the somerville, and capecod location over a year and just finding out bank has given me my money back. I’ll keep going for the free vacums though since they are the only good ones in Somerville, Somerville No Touch Car Wash you grt more time at the bays that actually spray soap, amd the car wash is touchless so it will not damage your car.I’d give no stars but that is not an option.
2 weeks agoI purchased their 15 usd car wash. The machine malfunctioned and ended up charging me 50 usds. I called the merchant to get a refuns but they never picked up the phone. Avoid.4 months agoPlace is a scam, they did a brother wrong. Says 7 dollars for a self-car wash, but doesn’t say how long. They charged me 10 dollars on my card at the scene. And then charged me 50 dollars when I get home. I’ve been here three times, and I got charged 150 dollars in total for 3 car washes. When I realized, I realized I’m never going back. That is absolutely ridiculous for some DIY spray and wash. They way they do business is called SCAMMING PEOPLE, and they are the type of people ruining this great city of Boston.

a month agoWe stopped by and were greeted by a gentleman. He told us for both interior and exterior is $150. We agreed and he said it would take a couple hours.True to form, 2 hours later, the car was ready. Super clean inside and out. They definitely spent some time on it and we’re happy with the results. It really brought the shine back like it was a new car.

I’m ready to switch to a wash my car only outside because it’s not worth the money I’m spending every month to clean my car inside and out side. The manager says it is not his problem. One of the dryer dudes hits it back in place with his hand and so now it looks half way ok but the screws are all popped off in the wheel well. This stinks.

Free vacuums are nice, however the car wash itself sucks. Waste of money. $30 wash ended up sealing all the dirt to my car & now it won’t rub out after I went home and now have to wash it myself. Created more work than it fixed for me. Paid for the undercarriage cleaning & it’s apparent nothing was even sprayed under my car. The guy taking care of the front-end service couldn’t even understand me when I was trying to explain my car was still dirty so I just gave up. Wash your car yourself if you can seriously.

I was once offered a monthly pass for 1 cent. But since it was towards the end of the month I was charged 20 $ for the next month.
But their customer service at the HQ is amazing.

Hard to find a good car wash tunnel, but this place is good enough. I needed an undercarriage wash because they salt the roads here. They tried really hard to sell me a subscription, to the point where it started to get a tiny bit obnoxious (they were nice about it though), but I hesitated because I’m not sure how hard it is to cancel. Bad memories from trying to cancel a past gym membership…
Great car wash, they do a great job. They push for the monthly service. Vacuum Cleaning is free. If lived closer I would get the monthly service.
