4 months agoThey did a great job and the employees work hard. You can have them touch up at the end if you spot something they missed on your vehicle. Price was reasonable as well. I’d definitely go here again.2 years agoI’ve been going to Ralph’s Car Wash in Sycamore IL, near DeKalb, for over a decade and, overall, they do a pretty good job. The staff is nice and the place is always well kept. I can’t comment on their car detail service because I’ve never purchased a full detail, but their standard exterior vehicle wash is what you would expect in terms of quality and price compared to other full service car washes I’ve been to. The guys who do the final wipe down on the vehicles come-and-go and don’t always do the best job at wiping your vehicle down once it’s washed, otherwise I would have given them 5-Stars. Nevertheless, that’s to be expected and I would still recommend them, especially considering they have no real competition in the area.4 months agoWaited for hour and fifteen minutes for a wash. Went to look for my car and the porters were sitting in it vaping!?! Finally got through the wash and they took almost thirty minutes to wipe it down. First and last time here. Premier Car Wash deserves to be highlighted as an example of when a business understands the customer and provides a service with quality and care. The facilities are always clean and reliable which shows their commitment to satisfaction. At the other car wash a basic wash is $5 and at Premier it is $10. Tell me.. which one would you choose? It may be clean and you still have to pay to vacuum. If you rather pay 12 bucks instead of 5 by all means go to premier.. Nothing wrong with the place just more money..,a year agoSo now there’s card readers on the vaccuums?! My first time vacuuming my vehicle here and most likely my last. It says 2.00 for 4 Min…I checked bank this morning and was charged 10.00 , I didn’t even use the full 4 Min! This is why I was hesitant, should’ve trusted my gut. I miss pumping in quarters!

This place is great! I always take my car here. It’s fast and convenient. The staff is friendly and my car always looks amazing after the wash. I highly recommend it!
$18 for a car wash that leaves my car still dirty is not okay. Love the window treatment that makes rain slide right off the window without turning wipers on but that’s about it. Bugs covering front end still, dirty rims, water spots left & large area of my trunk that water never even touched… Didn’t think to take pictures until after I cleaned the trunk hatch myself.
Good people working at this facility, but the machinery doesn’t do as good a job of cleaning as I would have liked. When it was $3 a wash for the basic, it wasn’t a big deal. Now it’s $5 and the entire car doesn’t get cleaned….not a good thing.
For a drive-through car wash it’s really very good. Free vacuums also. Go midweek.
Pulled in to vacuum then wash my car and this guy comes running out to tell me that the vacuums are only free after you wash your car and the guy was telling me to get back in my car. Very rude and almost confrontation experience. Will not return.
