If you go to Costco remember the sundae is a must!2 weeks agoWe just did an upgrade to our AT&T account and got an iPhone 13 with the assistance of Stephanie from the AT&T. We left so happy with her service. She is absolutely amazing, took her time with us to answer all our questions, explained all account details in extreme detail and had excellent customer service skills. We are so happy with our upgrade and Stephanie’s honestly and genuine character made the experience amazing. Thankfully, I personally haven’t had an encounter with personal but Iv seen an absolutely dreadful experience with the customer service at this place. The staff seemed completely indifferent to helping customers and were rather rude. As if that wasn’t enough, the CROWDS were overwhelming, making it nearly impossible to move around without constantly bumping into people. And don’t even get me started on the parking situation – it was an absolute nightmare, with limited spots available and no organization whatsoever. I wouldn’t recommend this place/ location to anyone who values their time and sanity.a week agoIt was a pouring rainy day, and my wife and I, in our way back home, we decided to stop by this, our local Costco Club, to get a quick dinner. I grabbed my umbrella, and my wife stayed in the car, I picked up a broiled chicken, a croissant package, and a salad. After standing on a rush hour long line, I approached the checkout with a bad fortune that I had my wife’s Cotsco Membership card, so the cashier disqualified me to use. I explained to her the outside bad weather, the time I spent around, and on the line…begging her to allow me to make the purchase. She was implacable checking photo membership cards at self-checkout stations and applying to me the policy of “Those who can’t prove that they hold a valid membership will not be able to complete their purchases.” I respect the policy, but in cases like happened to me, some flexibility should be considered. I was not doing a two weeks grocery restocking pantry. Did I walk back to the parking lot and get wet again to get my card… of course, NOT. Wrong Customer Service decision…policy enforcement going way far and hurting real customers.

a week agoBad experience today, I ask a question Sabruna in costo restaurant and this lady talks to me like a Dog, she was yelling at me and makes me feel so embarrassed in front of everybody, employees like her make you loose customer..a month agoCostco is a great place to shop for bulk groceries, electronics, and other items. The prices are generally very good, and the selection is wide. The store is also clean and well-organized. However, the lines can be long, especially on weekends. Overall, Costco is a great option for those who are looking for a one-stop shop for their everyday needs.PS: Sometimes I go there just for the hotdogs 🙂
a week agoCustomer Service Martha is not very good . I tried to cancel my membership because I don’t need it anymore. Martha told me that I can not open anymore for the rest of my life… well I guess I won’t. There’s a lot of others stores out there, like BJ where I can spend my money with. Good luck. Also the account it supposed to be active till octubre 31st and they closed it now. Worst customer service ever including supervisor. Never again.10 months agotheir garlic chicken wings are really yummy, soft and yummy but ….. their chicken wings has hair in it , like I was eating and saw chicken skin hair and I was like eww 🤢 this is like dead meat , like dead body still with skin and hair and 😱🤢🤮 I felt disgusted and that disgusting made me throw up . Every single time their garlic chicken wings have skin with hair on it 😱🤢🤮 tried again and again and every single time hair there 😰😭 too bad , because really yummy 🤤 but I quess they stress workers to do it fast , and pressure gets them not fully hair removed from chicken wings . I went to a warehouse in Thursday to get a gazebo that was posted on sale. On Thursday, item was still on display with the discounted price showing but the item was nowhere to be found. I was told the item was sold out but they were expecting another truck the next day (Friday) so I called Friday morning and they said it won’t be arriving til the afternoon. About an hour before store closing, I called again and was told the truck still had not arrived and would be there Saturday. Same thing happened on Saturday where I would call, was told the item was in the truck but the truck still hasn’t arrived and now to check back on Monday. Today (Monday) I call and they finally have it it stock so I rented a trailer and head to the store after work but when I get there I see the sale is no longer going on. I was bounced around to multiple people in the store when I tried asking if they could honor the pricing I had seen the other day since I had been constantly calling and following up. No one could give me an answer and kept pointing out a different person to speak with. Someone finally said they wouldn’t honor the pricing. It’s complete false advertising to have an item on display WITH discounted prices when the item isn’t in stock and you’re not expecting it to be back in stock until the sale is over. At least take the item down, or if it’s too hard since it’s something so big, take the price down and place an out stock sign
Very organized very busy store all kinds of products. Loved a rotisserie chicken just don’t go on a Sunday super packed we got to see Spider-Man two that was really cool.
It’s always great price and quality. Yesterday was a lot of good deal . I was happy to be there. The Koean Mandu is cheaper than other store.
This was a relatively busy Costco. The liquor section wasn’t as diverse as I had expected. I didn’t find any Rum at all. Disappointing. The main store was clean and well stocked. The staff were all busy stocking and checking but seemed polite, helpful, and happy to be there. One of the food samplers served me what looked like a half cooked sausage. tasted fine, but yikes!
Costco Wholesale consistently delivers a shopping experience that’s hard to beat. Their range of products is impressive, and the prices are undeniably great, offering excellent value for money.
