  1. I have stayed at the Loft several times for a Crafting Weekend with my friends. It has become one of our favorite spots! We love the kitchen and the adorable loft bunk room! The space to craft is great and we will definitely keep coming back! Tricia and Mark are incredible hosts how go out of their way to make sure our every need is taken care of!

  2. I traveled to the Temple area from DC and stayed at THE LOFT. It was Lovely. The location is remote but still close to town and an awesome lake. I also really liked that it was centrally located between WACO and Austin so we could sightsee in both. The LOFT itseft is absolutely charming. It is decorated with many of the hand crafted pieces made by the owners Mark and Tricia. I have been able to purchase several of their hand crafted items and LOVE them. Mark and Tricia went out of their way to be sure our stay was perfect. I can’t wait to go back.

  4. Took a last minute family vacation and found a true 💎 next to Belton Lake. Peaceful, serene location, with great people as your guests. Conveniently located near multiple lake locations, better than a hotel with a true home feeling……highly recommend and we will be coming back!!!!!

    Great peaceful country setting. Spent a week there while visiting the relatives in Temple. We introduced our dog to big open spaces. She loved the land and was intrigued with the horses. She got nose to nose with the painted horse and liked it. One thing we wish we could have changed is the queen bed. We are used to our king size and we were uncomfortable bumping into each other throughout the night. We could use fuller, larger pillows, too. Our host was very nice and had food in the fridge for our extended stay. We could easily see returning again.

    We had the most delightful stay. Loved how “homey” it felt and the special welcoming touches of muffins and snacks. There was plenty of towels and blankets plus covered parking for our vehicle. And the location was very close to lots of fun shopping. We definitely will return!

    This was my second experience with an AirBnB and it’s still very new to me. The experience is completely different than staying at a hotel. It seems odd to rent a house instead of a hotel room, but it is an amazing experience! The house was very clean and had full functionality, including a small workout room, which is pretty incredible. It’s basically like renting a fully equipped house for only a day or more at a time. Amazing! And the hosts were beyond friendly and supportive! I strongly encourage you to book a stay!
