5 months agoWe rented out the Downtown Omaha Oasis for a work event with roughly 150 people attending. The owners were very accommodating and helpful with getting the space ready for the event. We utilized the large garage space for the party. We brought in vendors for a casino night with gaming tables, a bar, seating for 150, and catered dinner. It was a huge success! Such a unique and fun venue! We’ll hopefully be back next year.a month agoStayed here for a small family reunion in June. Absolutely perfect place for 12 people aged 3 years to 92!! The roof is an experience like nothing else in Omaha—it’s like having your own private park. The owners are meticulous about making sure everything you need is at hand—I don’t think I’ve ever stayed in such a well stocked rental. Great people to work with—very accommodating. Highly recommend if you have a bigger group that all wants to be in one place. Proximity to all the downtown/Old Market fun is perfect too. Wouldn’t hesitate to book here again!2 months agoThe best rental house in Omaha, period! It’s hard to put into words how amazing this place is; it is really something special. If you are considering renting this place, don’t overthink it, just go for it and you won’t be disappointed. This house is the perfect spot for families and larger groups. Too many cool features to list, our favorites were the huge rooftop area, speakeasy bar and large main floor kitchen/common room. Amazing house!2 months agoHad our son’s graduation here this past weekend and we had so much fun! We were able to spread out and just relax and have fun! We set up the food buffet style in the large kitchen, and everyone took their plates to the roof to relax! The kids and adults had a blast playing in the arcade, playing basketball in the garage, and corn hole on the roof! We had a graduation slideshow playing in the movie theater that was a huge hit! We even had a few groups walk over to the candy store to check it out! We received so many compliments on the uniqueness of the party and even had a few comment at renting the place out for a family reunion and a 40th birthday for their out of town friends! So many option for this versatile place! A great place to keep a big group together for college world series too!5 months agoRecently we had our company party here. What an adventure. Huge party area being overlooked by a very unique bar room. A movie theater that has balcony seating, arcade room and a starlit rooftop for more gathering. I can’t say enough good things about Dahlia House. I did a sauna session here and I left feeling so rejuvenated and refreshed. Angie has created an amazing atmosphere that will make you forget about the outside world, which was just what I needed. As a host, she thinks of every detail and you can feel the care and intention she put into every inch of the space. You will not be disappointed if you stay here overnight or do a wellness/sauna session.
Dahlia House was a dream! Every detail was mapped out so intentionally with so much care; we immediately felt a sense of calm, comfort, and hospitality. Any need we could have possibly had was accounted for and then some. The house, the sauna, the fire and s’more kit – it was the perfect place to spend an evening to unwind and take a minute to just be. I can’t express enough how wonderful this experience has been, and I cannot wait to come back for a staycation or another evening in a true wellness space.
The Dahlia House is a charming and cozy space that provided an unforgettable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the attention to detail and personalized touches throughout the property. The location is peaceful with beautiful scenery and a quiet atmosphere. The amenities that Angie provided were so thoughtful and unique and added an element to the stay that we’ve never experienced before. I highly recommend this rental to anyone looking for a one-of-a-kind experience.
I visited Dahlia House for a photo shoot, and it was absolutely perfect. The lighting is dreamy and diffused, and every single area of the home includes gorgeous vignettes and accessorized spaces that make you want to stay for days and days. Although I did not spend the night – I now want to! The entire home was warm and inviting.
Myself and my 3 girlfriends booked and just enjoyed a pool session at the loveliest spot in town, The Dahlia House. This is no ordinary book a stay type situation, it is a carefully crafted guest experience guaranteed to meet all sensory needs.
Our pool session was available to us for a few hours, just enough time to not be a mother, partner, business owner… enough time to just be and enjoy. When I say “pool session”, it’s not what you envision. We had access to a gorgeous outdoor sauna located just behind the wild flowers that have made a lovely home out back of this awesome A- Frame home. Of course there was a pool that was the perfect temperature, but must we not forget about the green house as well as the fire going for us.
When we first walked in, we were all taken back by all this place had to offer. We were made gift bags, a delicious non alcoholic beverage, a carefully crafted snack board, and more! Anything you can think of and more was 100 percent provided. We didn’t have to worry about anything except showing up and relaxing. We swapped our shoes for sandals and slippers, a couple of the girls enjoyed the fluffy robes, and we just went crazy. We explored every inch of the place and we’re just in absolute awe of every perfectly curated nook and cranny. Everything is so well purposed with love and intent.
To say we enjoyed ourselves is an understatement. This wasn’t just a girls night or a hang by a pool. It was what words just cannot describe.
I will certainly be booking again as the season change to see what all this magical place has to offer.
