3 weeks agoAs a Party Planner we go to different location to make magical decoration for customer, Had the opportunity to stay that this hotel for a Wedding. I was so happy with the great customer service, PLUS the room were super clean. Amazing job Housekeeping department. I will be back for the Next Wedding.Great Job! Management Team.
2 months agoI have never felt so welcomed and treated with such dignity at any hotel stay in my life. I have been here for two weeks and the room is the best i have ever stayed in. The staff has always gone above and beyond to make my stay as easy and pleasant as possible. Even on my last day here, i was T-boned in a car accident and in pain and when i asked the kind lady at the front counter if they had any pain medicine, she refused to let me bend over to grab it and left her seat quickly and grabbed it for me from the bottom shelf.Because of the excellent staff and how i felt like i was valued and always greeted with a smile, this hotel will be my only option for where i will stay anytime i am close to the area. The hotel is very nice, but the associates here are what made my experience 100%. A big thank you to them for the excellent stay and i look forward to coming back!
All this and the EV chargers on site are a big plus 🙂
5 months agoReally great stay. Rooms were pretty clean. Staff was very delightful. The continental breakfast was the best thing of my stay. Very clean with lots of options that were both friendly for me and my eight-year-old daughter.3 months agoNo it most definitely did not. It’s a total downgrade from the previous locations. Front desk was not very pleasant. Not even an actual kitchen as they state, more like a motel kitchen with a dishwasher, hot plate with a really small pan that’s not even big enough to cook a bag of rice in but they don’t allow you to use a different pan. Have to “sign it out to the room”. Definitely NOT what’s expected for the price! Will be looking for something else. Definitely NOT what I expected to come off the road to, especially when I checked in, got to the room, and had to put up the dishes from the dishwasher with food stuck to them (from previous tenants stay). Tenants shouldn’t have to give out device details to connect to the Wi-Fi for any use. A simple login should be sufficient as any other hotel…Not very happy with the stay.
6 months agoLove the staff, the rooms are spacious and very comfortable. We can always count on a good night’s sleep And we don’t stay anywhere else knowing our pups are welcome. My girls are a bit disappointed no treats available to them at check-in but other than that they love it too.

Anything I needed to help make my stay better was happily provided. The manager even stepped in and helped me with a minor issue I had upon checking in and getting settled.
Rooms need to be remodeled and updated but other than that, I was very pleased with my stay!
Maria and Rosie at the front desk were amazing! They made our stay excellent. They were extremely pleasant to our children which made our stay!
Our room was great! It was cleaned well before we arrived and ready on time for our check in
I love this place the staff are awesome from management to housekeeping. The daytime GSR Vicky and Rosie are the best they both go over and beyond to make sure all guests have a beautiful stay.
Always clean, always friendly! They go out of their way to make you comfortable, from security to kitchen utensils, ( yes, they hav a little kitchen and fridge!) they are trying to be your home away from home. Trust me. I was staying there for close to a year to be closer to work, and I will still choose Extended Stay
I have quite a few things to say about this location, especially after having read the reviews after my stay.
We stayed for one night and when we arrived at 12am there weren’t any “sketchy people” hangin around like some other reviews suggested. However, I did see a roach scurrying away from the sidewalk. It made me feel unsettled for our stay…. We ended up sleeping with a light on to avoid them…
Though I would say the service staff was quite the opposite of the bad reviews. They were all really nice.
Next, in regards to cleanliness….. no. There were slight stains on the blanket and towels. Which, seeing as they’re white I don’t see why bleach couldn’t be used? Anyway the more stressful part of the uncleanliness was the hair I found on the shower wall…
Otherwise it was a fine stay. Definitely not a place I would regularly stay at but if you need a quick stop off on a road trip (like we had) then it’s ok for a quick rest.
