1. we have loved living here! the grounds are well kept, we’ve never had a rude or loud neighbor, and people, for the most part, pick up after their dogs. the HOA is outstanding at making this a pleasant place to live!

2. This place is awful. At first glance it’s clean and well maintained. Stay a bit longer you’ll realize the walls are paper thin, you can hear your neighbors conversations, there is a massiveMy huge dog feces problem (to the point we have to take our kid to a nearby park to play outside,) also nobody here recycles, if that matters to you. Not to mention the President of the Association lives here. He’s terrible. He patrols the area looking for trouble. He once called animal control on my dog for barking without confronting me. It so happened my dog does not bark and the neighbors’ dogs upstairs were the culprits. One other time my elderly mother came to visit and was confused about the parking. She mistakenly parked next to the visitor parking spots (3 were empty) and visited me for about 15 minutes. When we came out, the car was gone. Guess who was outside waiting? The crazy old man. Instead of letting my mother know that she was a spot off and pointing her to the visitor parking spots, he called the tow company immediately. Zero kindness in this man. He also doesn’t realize I work from home and every week I see him walk by and try to peer through our windows. Be warned. Creepy and lots of feces sums it all up.

3. Dre V, I agree with everything you said in your post. I’ve lived here for 6years dealing with this old man too! His name is Joe! Same thing with the car problem you had happen to me. I was loading and unloading boxes with my car backed in and he left a tow warning on my window within 30mins of me being inside(apparently we cant back into our parking spots to). Trying to figure out how to get the glue off my window now :(. With matinece in all is good but when it come to snow removal they come hours after a snow storm is over. Had to buy my own shovel to take care of business especially for my neighbor nextdoor who is old. They even took our ice melt away! Landscaping in the summer is a joke also, lets blow thorns and twigs onto our porches so that the walkways look nice and neat to Joe. I’m over this place!

4. HOA could be better at fixing potholes by the entrances. the older guy in the white dodge truck seems to be more interested in driving around everyday at 11 am and 4pm to see who is in the visitor spots. I wish they would put that much effort in fixing pot holes

5. Snow removal is absolutely horrible here. Especially if you are on the north side face of the sun. The company they have has only two wheel drive vehicles that do nothing but make ruts. I watched them clear out a handicap spot and the shoveled the snow to the end of the parking spot leaving mounds of snow at the end. The lady that parks there has a low profile vehicle annd in no way can park there. Always very icy after a storm and never cleaned up to help residents drive safely without sliding. A homeless guy has been parking his car in the back sleeping there. I leave for work and see him and always feel uneasy. What I do like about the complex is everyone seems to keep their area clean and it’s very quiet. I don’t mind the HOA guy he’s always been nice. The parking is scarce so I park out on the street which makes it a long walk home after a long days of work. Seems like I get one parking spot but somehow my neighbors have four? Weird… pool is always super clean. Landscaping is so so. Seemed like they got better people but I found many bushes with powdery mildew and they decided to chop them all down instead of treating them. Main complaint that I actually care about? Removing snow and ice on the north side of the complex. Completely unacceptable.
