Backed up to the machine and pressed the help button- no answer. Then BACKING THE ENTIRE WAY OUR AROUND THE CURVE was atrocious since I couldn’t get out by going through the car wash itself. There was no soap and the lower sprayers for the sides of the car didn’t even work. All body panels below the windows are still covered in dirt. This was a $6 deluxe wash. My new go to touchless wash, bays were clean, equipment is new and well maintained. Must try
I usually use quarters but didn’t have any so I swiped my card thinking it was going to charge $6 like in the past but it flew up to $8. Then when I looked at my account it charged me $10! Ten dollars for a car wash I had to do myself is ridiculous and you don’t get a deal on time either. I had to rush and run around my truck to wash and scrub it because I only had $3 left in my account. Very disappointed for being a repeat customer. JUST looked back at my account again to the few other times I swiped my card and sure enough, the “$6” charges for $8 on your account. What a ripoff. Was going to give 2 stars but now it’s just one. Thoroughly disappointed.
Update: The pending transaction finally went through at $4 but that’s still an unorthodox way to do business. Should find a new merchant.
Good touchless car wash. The touchless bays are wide so I have no issues getting my jeep in I’ve been to some that had curbs so close together it didn’t fit. Accepts cash and credit in the touchless and DIY bays, not sure about the vacuums. Tons of room to dry your vehicle off yourself without being in anyone’s way.
Lot is always super clean.. I am the type to make the extra drive to get a good wash as I only use touchless for my car. This is hands down the best touchless set up in the area! My go to wash
The water wasn’t hot 🔥 and there was very little soap to wash your car so you would have to put more and more money in. Be careful and using the brush on your car.
