11 months agoHave been here before and it’s normally fine. However today dryers were not functioning. I know the express wash can’t possibly get every single spot. But I have never left The wash with so many streaks. The least they could have done is offer a super quick towel dry to avoid the streaks, or given me a towel to do it myself.a month agoPaid extra for inside wipe down and vacumming. They didn’t vacuum the back of the car or even wiped down the inside. Guys were pretty rude when asked about it so I just left. I don’t expect it to be like a deep clean but at least a decent wipe down since I’m paying for the service. Do not recommend this place since it’s not the first time that it has happened.7 months agoIf only their machines spray the bottom car I’ll probably have given full stars. It’s a clean place, kind workers, but more expensive now. I hope it’s just seasonal.a year agoI went there on July 4th, paid for platinum $40 but they didn’t deliver good job at all!!! They spent 5minutes on my car! The car was very dirty inside! When I asked them to clean the dirty drippings between doors and the tailgate ! They called the Manager for me!!! And the Manager looked me as if I got lost!! He told me that “we don’t clean the dirty we dry!!! That was a bad experience for me.a month agoMe and My parents went to get the car cleaned for her birthday and the first day was still very dusty after they “finished”. They didn’t clean the cup holders or anything. We went back the next business day and they offered to redo it and it still looked the same. Your best bet is to go to a self cleaning location because they are awful. One employee had a very negative reaction because he had to redo it just to not do it right the second time. 0 out of 10 do not recommend.

a month agoI have the basic monthly car wash subscription and go through 1-2x a week. I appreciate that they have people power wash the car before going through. Once in awhile I’ll get the interior upgrade – it costs more to get it vacuumed and wiped down. This isn’t a cheap car wash but I save money doing the monthly plan and only get interior when I’m too tired or busy to clean it myself. Also they have full detail service for people who want it really cleaned like new. The interior package is just a “quickie” clean.a month agoWorst experience ever. The manager was rude to me. i asked if they could clean my door off they said they didn’t clean doors. I asked for tire shine n he answered very rudely. The manager should be fired very rude. The one boy was to busy on his phone instead of cleaning my car. I still had dust everywhere they rushed when cleaning my car. I will never go back !!!!! Waste of 40 some dollars. Asked the cashier a detail question she seemed like she was in a rush when i asked question. Never again.3 weeks agoGreat customer service, the charge for removing the pet hair was well worth, they did a great job overall but could have been a little more careful during the wipedown of protectant; as I drove home I noticed that the corners of the dash and doors had a different sheen. Nothing to be upset over because the vehicle looks 100% better!a month agothey always do an excellent job! I had my vehicle buff and shine today.I’d be curious to see if some of the negative reviews on this carwash are employees of other car washes that have just opened up in the neighborhood. 5 months agoDespite some poor reviews I highly recommend paradise car wash in maple grove. I recently brought my vehicle in for the complete package and they did an amazing job on the interior and exterior. I usually detail my own vehicles but when I saw the price they were offering for their services I was intrigued. They did a much better job than I could do myself and in a fraction of the time. I dropped it off in the morning and it was done by noon.
