3 months agoI had a highly disappointing experience with Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Not only did their technicians break my front window, but they also caused an oil spill in the salon area. The lack of caution and professionalism displayed by the service personnel was unacceptable. And they charged me for this $80!What made matters worse was the behavior of the individual responsible for the damages. Despite my request, he declined to call the manager or check the security cameras to assess the situation. This lack of accountability and refusal to address the issue added to my frustration.
Overall, I strongly caution against using Westlake Eco Soft Touch Pool Service. Their negligence and lack of professionalism resulted in financial burdens and disruptions to my business. It is important to thoroughly research and consider other options before entrusting them with your pool maintenance needs.
a week agoAfter South City Car washed closed I was bummed…until I found this place 10 mins away. Great service, and comfortable waiting areas. Lots of add-ons and detailing if you like. And 7/11 is right next to it if you need coffee.4 weeks agoJust know that for $80 cleaning is only vacuumed only half way, and shine outside no wipe off seats or anything else or they said is extra for everything else. The behavior, the treatment as a customer they give us trash When you ask for better service they said you’re threatening Do you a favor and don’t waist your money.7 months agoIf your car is too dirty they will tell you that it’s not their fault if it doesn’t come out clean enough. (Can’t even use a moist rag to remove the dust right.. they are not respectful at all.2 years agoI’ve been bringing my vehicles here for years with mixed experiences. Sometimes they do a good job other times not so much. Finally had enough! Never again!! Brought in my van for their detail service and they refused because it was extra dusty (camping trip) was even willing to pay more. No dice! As you can see the van is dusty but nothing a pressure washer couldn’t take care of.

a week agoThis place is a great carwash that offers “wash while you wait”. I recommend reading about and confirming all of your options before you go since the transaction occurs immediately upon arrival while in your car.There are a number of amenities here that surprised me, and there are a lot of services offered.
I subtracted a star since I found a few small spots of sticky substance that weren’t cleaned off after a wash, but generally the attention to detail seems pretty good.
9 months agoIt was my first time to have my car carwashed here.Not worth of what i’ve paid. Interior vaccum not done properly. Tires dressing/polishing were not done at all though it was included in my payment (Gold? I dont think the color depicts for the expected services) Though there are many attendants. The supervisor should at least check the car if services were done properly before checking it out. It reflects low standard. You should do it slowly but surely. I was in and out in about 15 minutes. They have plenty of crew on hand, and everyone was super courteous and friendly. Well-stocked gift shop with lots and lots of cards for birthdays, etc. Very reasonable prices. The people are very nice and the service is amazing! I usually get silver and end up paying around $30 and change. It is always nice to tip the people washing your car for you. Last time I went, I had my two carpets washed for $5, and it was well worth it. After every 10 washes, get a major discount on one! I’m working up to my 20th wash! Thank you, El Estero car wash!

Always very quick, never a wait. Utilizing the wash more than 3 times a month pays for itself. I use the wash about 7-8 a month and vacuum 2-3 times a month. Love a fresh clean car. Staff is nice and friendly. Cristal always compliments my car and has a friendly and helpful personality. Would recommend.

Her name is Mina, she is the sweetest most polite young lady, she totally convinced me to get a membership, she clearly explained why is better to go for the monthly membership. Good deals on monthly packages. Staff are usually friendly. Pretty fast to go through. After your was you have access to vacuum and towels.
Reduced 1 star. Be aware, it will leave small scratches and scuffs on your paint. If you have a new car, you may not want to take it here. Especially if your car is black.
