a week agoJust Discovered I was being charged a MONTHLY Reoccurring Charge! Here I thought I had to be notified before it would happen!?? Check your Monthly credit Statements!Cheap car paid $23.00 for full outer car wash package! You get what you pay for, that’s for sure! Went through wash twice and suv still dirty along lower side panels! Don’t waste your money here!
a week agoJust found out I was being charged a Reoccurring Monthly Charge $23.00!? Check your Credit Card Statements!!!! DON’T WASTE your time or money!Especially since I had asked the lady standing at the car entrance to cancel the Monthly package! Reason was that I had to go through the car wash twice due to my SUV Not Being Properly washed! Tires and lower part of my suv were left muddy! Even after the 2nd wash!

What I don’t like is that all facilities don’t have the same equipment, especially the air blowers by the vacuums. Unfortunately, this site doesn’t have them as of 8/11/2023.4 months agoI had never used a service like this, and the attendant was more than kind! My car, to call it filthy is an understatement, looked sparkly and new when I left. Love this place and will go again. By the way, I read in another review that a tip for the attendant would be appropriate, and he deserves it!! This is my new car wash.

a month agoCame to this car wash for the first time and I gotta say best prices for the full service. The manager was really helpful..he also tried fixing my front window with the rock chip… They did A Good Job and they pay attention to detail compared to other car washes I’ve been to.. thank you spark all and your crew.. we will definitely be back..a month agoCame to your car wash and I gotta say I was happy with the way my car came out super clean the employees did a very good job definitely will be coming back to you guys and they even offer seat cleaning rock repair n even asked if I need a seat n carpet cleaning. Staff was super friendly. And for the price I paid it was totally worth it! Keep up the good work guys! 😁3 months agoWorse cleaning any of my vehicles have ever had..asked them right away I just want the interior cleaned n seats shampoo, mediocre cleaning, dash front was left dirty, center console still had sand, vacuuming was subpar at best, they removed my antenna for whatever reason but didn’t put it back, asked them to focus on stirring wheel n interior windows but they didn’t, on top of all that spots on wash n windows..above all they left my keys inside w doors unlocked n no one was there! But then again they have all kids working there so……..I won’t be going back ever!3 weeks agoI have used this car wash for years, with that being said, I’m assuming it is the under new managers. I pulled up and there was no cars 🚗 n front of me. The employees were sitting as they should have time to rest in this horrendous heat. But the cussing and really bad language being thrown out was not cool! I’m no prude, but I could see how anyone would be offended. I asked them to be sure and clean cup holders etc and do a full clean armor all and everything ( like I always get). I went to sit in waiting room, no one else was there. 5 minutes later about 4 or 5 guys come in and open the office door and start rolling dice, and cursing right in front of me. This is 2 pm in afternoon, I was a little shocked. Anywho, get truck and no armor all on outside at all. Inside is still sticky and cup holders dirty with armor all wiped over it!I guess all good things must come to an end, when the lady ran that place it was packed all day every day, now I know why there was no one there. Sad! Do better guys!a month agoI have been going there for years, but this is the first time I have taken my F150. I specifically asked for the covered bed to be cleaned out .I was given a price and I paid for it upfront. When I returned not only was the bed NOT cleaned out, but the tailgate was still dirty, the cup holders were never cleaned, the tire rims were half way done, the carpet was mediocre at best, the front and back windshields were not cleaned well (you could see the marks of wipes of dirt still on there). I went back and the young man basically said well we do clean the beds. I said to him I specialized you to clean the bed as there were rocks, dirt, leaves, etc…he proceeded to sweep it but there was literally water on the items in the bed. It appears they just used a hose and threw water on the bed, things were dripping! Not a place I will ever return to. They don’t seem to care…even after this the tailgate still has dirty smudges, the windows look like a 5 year old wiped them. Pretty bad. Not happy!

Not from the area but it’s definitely the nicest and best car wash I’ve ever been to. Staff was very friendly, and I got their $6 basic wash with free vacuums. I was very impressed by the wash itself since it rinsed it twice and seemed to wash it better than any car wash I’ve tried before. Their free vacuums are a real plus and are strong. Definitely reccomend this to locals or out of towners who need to get the salt off their cars!
Excellent customer service! Last weekend when I went the manager was out there with the other staff members greeting and helping. He was very kind in offering to put my money in & work the screen. Just FYI for those shopping around , not brushless or full service.
This place looks smaller than some of the other valley locations, but it actually is right on par with the rest. The thing that separates this location is how speedy they get cars in and out of there. It may look congested, but even if you’re at the back of the line, your car is being washed in five minutes or less. This may be my go to location when I’m in the lower valley.
Catching this place without a huge line is always a bonus, but they could definitely use a second set of blowers. As much as I love going to get my car washed here and at the Weslaco locations, I can’t help but compare them to the Livingston, Tx location after visiting family there. I do like the towel system in place now when using the vacuum, and the staff are always friendly when we need them.
