a week agoMy mom has a subscription here and when cleaning her truck, I really liked the service and extra things they provided. I came jere for myself to see the difference since I am not a member yet and Junior provided me with great customer service. Some of the perks of this car wash is they offer clean towels and sprays. I’m very disappointed the person in the front who scrub the wind shield is busy talking on his phone not even paying attention and not doing a good job! He just scrubbed the wind shield one time and did not brush the back of my car. My wheels were still dirty. Poor service for me.3 months agoGary M. helped me out today. He was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend it!a month agoUpdate August 2023: Since the new ownership, the attendant never cleans the back window or trunk/hatch area anymore. I have a small compact suv and the back does not get the same attention or gets clean like the other sides do. Also, I have a monthly pass. When you drive up, the monitor beeps to begin processing the account. For some very weird reason, multiple attendants will tap on the membership sticker like it’s supposed to ‘magically’ do something. All that does is add fingerprints to the window and blocks the monitor from beeping. I have seen customers having to back up and move forward again to trigger the monitor because the attendant(s) are blocking it doing this. Please stop, respectfully. TIA2022: One of the better drive thru car washes I have experienced. I’ve never had to worry about damage to my car like I do at the other places that are close by. I appreciate the days that they give you a disposable towel when you’re paying, it really makes a difference. So far I’ve only noticed this Friday-Sunday when it’s busy. They are reasonably priced and pricing includes vacuuming.

Enter at your own risk. This was my first time using this car wash and will DEFINITELY be my last.
on 4/29 Towards the end of the wash, the tag molding on my car flew off. At the time it flew off I did not realize until I exited the wash, got out of the car and saw what was missing and told an employee if they could go into the wash to grab the piece. Then filed an incident report and was advised by the employee taking the incident report that most likely Caliber wouldn’t do anything about it.
I was hopeful that wouldn’t be the case since nothing is loose or broken on my car.
5/10 – Received a call today by Caliber that the blower is what caused the tag molding to fly off my car and wouldn’t replace since they are not liable for ‘predisposed loose’ items.
I usually take my car to Britezone on Western and never had an issue before.
*Update 5/10 – emailed the email address in response to this feedback; not sure what solution if any will be provided by the District Manager since all this was relayed by the Manager at this location. I will keep this review updated*
Fantastic. Right off beach next to QT. I enrolled for the unlimited plan. First month only $10 and $22 a month after. I was helped by Asia she was phenomenal, personable, kind & helps you out with a great smile.
Vacuums with cleaning towels and car cleaning equipment at stations. Even gave my pup a treat. 10/10 🙂
