The staff and manager is friendly and they are always willing to help if you need anything. I clean my own car but I love that they provide everything for you that you will need to clean the entire vehicle. No complaints here! 4 weeks agoThe location of this Carwash is great for me but there are a few things that I don’t like about it. I can’t just go through and wash my truck and know that it is clean because there are a lot of missed spots always on the rear of my vehicle. Secondly, the drying rags that are provided are always moldy and smelly which is not a good thing. I don’t want to touch or wipe my vehicle down with smelly moldy rags. Lastly the music outside is not diverse at all. Not everyone like’s country music so when I go I always have earphones in my ear so I don’t have to hear it. 2 months agoAmazing car wash!! I am visiting from out of state NJ specifically and I have never experienced such an amazing car wash experience like this. From the pricing to the car wash itself. The car wash was very thorough and great for kids to ride through it. I sure enjoyed it and I am an adult. Then the self service amenities are 10/10 they have everything you could possibly need. The car wash was super clean and the employees were super friendly and working. Overall a great experience!a month agoBeen going here for years and today was the biggest let down ever. It have always been happy with this place until today. We have a job box in the back of our truck and we have been through this car wash with it in it many times before and never had any problems. Today, they shut the wash down while we were in it and the truck did not get clean. Went back to the gate to run the truck through again because they say if you’re not happy they will rewash it. We get to the gate and they call the manager over who then explains that it is not their policy to let trucks like this go through because it will mess up the machine. Never in the 100 other times that we have been through has one person said anything about the box being in the truck. It is no different than people going through with tool boxes in the back of their truck. He did run the truck back through but turned off some of the wash and the truck still did not get cleaned. We asked for a refund because I did not buy the cheap wash and they refused. So if your not happy they don’t care and will not make it right and if our box in our truck was a problem then the very first time we ever went with it in there they should not have allowed it. And today when they let us through the first time they should have said some of the wash will be off and you will not get what you paid for. If they had told us that I would have never used them and asked for a refund immediately!4 weeks agoLove this car wash. The automatic run-through usually does a fantastic job getting the crud off. The reason for only 4 stars I’ve been there a few times and quite a few of the vacuums have been out of order. They are supposed to have a 10 minute limit, but employees are parked in spots, and people doing full details for an hour on their car it’s kinda frustrating.3 months agoWe have a great experience every time we come here! The guy who sold me my membership today was very helpful and kind. My toddler LOVES the car wash because of the lights they have here. Definitely recommend!

I joined the new car wash company in Goose Creek, SC, called: “Time to Shine” on October 26, 2020, and purchased the “Super Ceramic” monthly package at $39.99 which includes everything with unlimited washes. There are so many new and upcoming car wash places in and around my area that offer a variety of services and prices. What I do enjoy and like the most is the free vacuuming, mat washing, and other small amenities after the car wash is over, but the “Super Ceramic” package deal (the best), doesn’t clean and shield my car properly. I’ve brought this to managements attention and I’ve shown them the results after going through, but I’m always told to go through again since I have the unlimited amount of washes. I have a 2019 Mustang that is garage kept, and rarely exposed to the outside eliminates and environment. So, my vehicle is well maintained and rarely if ever dirty. I’ll give this about another month, and if I keep receiving the same results, I’ll begin to shop around for a better price and service. But, the vacuum area is very high-tech, and I’m satisfied with this area after you’ve washed your vehicle.
Great place to take your car, got a monthly membership for my car and my wifes new ride so it will look like on the showroom floor, near food lion and we go there weekly. Triple thumbs up for how they have their vacuums set uo each side of each station, no more heavy hose wrestling

My favorite utility here are the air compressed hand held nozzles you can use. I use them to blow away excess water on my windows and side view mirrors.
The vacuum hoses seem to always be maintained well. They don’t fall apart or have excess debris clogging it up.
I also like how they have machines that you can run your carpet-free floor mats through for a deep clean.
You can also use free microfiber towels!
The car wash line also doesn’t beat my car half to death. Overall I am glad I bought a membership to this place.
This used to be a great car wash.
It’s gotten ghetto over the last few years. I recently came here and it was the most uncomfortable experience I’ve ever had washing my car. I was being watched by some guy in an adjacent parking lot just standing there like he was a “lookout” and then a different guy on a non motorized scooter was loitering in the parking lot too watching me too for almost 45 mins.I wasn’t sure if I was about to get kidnapped or robbed. I was so uncomfortable that I stopped cleaning my car several times to see what these two guys were up too. I eventually had to ask for this guy what was up and tell him that he was making me feel very uneasy and very uncomfortable. I practically had to police him out of the car wash cleaning area because the employees were not doing their job. There was a total of two bottles of Windex in the entire place and only one working mat washer. It literally took me three times as long as it normally was to wash my car and clean it out because it was absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had there.
Not to mention as I was finishing up one of the workers eventually came out after 2 hours to do the garbage and I had my beach chair resting up against the garbage can and she just pulled the garbage can out and let my brand new beach chair fall on the ground. She could have asked me politely to move it so she could have changed the trash. Instead she didn’t even acknowledge it and didn’t even apologize. She just walked away.
I would definitely be aware of your surroundings at this car wash and make sure your valuables are locked up and you don’t get caught having someone steal from you while you are vacuuming out your car and not looking.
I would also be aware of workers disrespecting your belongings that you’ve taken out of your car while you vacuum.
It was definitely a very shady situation and nobody there seemed to notice except for me and another lady that was there with her young daughter about the two men.
Employees need to do a better job of actually checking the cleaning area, making sure it’s stocked and making sure people in the cleaning area actually have a vehicle that has come through the carwash and they are actually cleaning it.
There’s nothing more uncomfortable than a woman trying to wash her car in an area she paid to be and having a non paying random person off the street disrupting the comfort that should come from washing your car.
+Restrooms were also locked too.
Don’t bring your truck here unless you are willing to replace the lens on the side mirror turn signal. Twice their machine broke the lens. The first time the lot attendant shoved it in, the second it shattered. Their solution, super glue. After discussing they offered to refund 1 month. A whopping $20! After thanking them for costing me much more, I canceled. Why pay for a 1/2 a$$ car wash that costs you more in repair 🤦♀️
