I had several issues at the gate and was assured satisfaction but instead was denied, like conversations were fabricated. I will be taking my business elsewhere. They also offer services like washing, vacuuming waxing for you. Save money by buying a monthly pass. Don’t buy the lowest price wash unless your car needs just a quick clean. I usually buy the $10-12 wash for a nice shine, clean wheels and tires.

I have now called multiple times to try and cancel the membership, gone up to the location and tried to find a worker twice. I can’t email corporate because they say I don’t have an account. I’ve now paid $80 and only been able to get one car wash. Never received a barcode or prompted to enter license plate. The car was is good, but the company and customer service is terrible.2 months agoReturned from a long road trip and the front of my truck was covered in bugs. Christian immediately recognized it and took extra time and care to prep the front of the truck to have the bugs removed. Outstanding service.8 months agoThis is a great car wash. My car always comes out very clean. Free Vacs that are in good condition. They provide micro fiber rags to wip down and clean your vehicle as well. The previous owners are the reason it had a 4-5 star rating. Since they sold it to zips, quality has drastically declined while the price has increased. There is no reason to give this place any business as the wash isn’t worth the price and there are plenty of other car washes in the area that maintain a better quality.

Had my membership for over a year now and I’d recommend going to spend your $ at a better car wash. I was paying $21.99 which for what you get here is a lot and out of nowhere I’m being charged $27 for the same service if not worse. Every other time I want to wash my car, the tunnel is closed. Their new vacuums barely work and most of them are held together with duct tape. They close the carwash before the closing hours listed online. Been meaning to cancel my membership every month but I always forget. I will definitely be cancelling before I’m charged again.
It used to be good when it was locally owned. Now it’s broken down more than operating. I have 3 cars signed up and they’re charging as much as the better car washes in the area. It’s been broken down 3 of the last 4 times I went. Cancelling all tomorrow. Don’t waste your money!
I paid 20 bucks for a car wash. I get home and I have hard water spots all over my car. No one there to guide you in when you pull up to make sure you are lined up with the tracks. They took the overhead mirror down to where it was easy to guide yourself in. I had to open my car door to see that I was lined up with the tracks . My 20 bucks included a tire treatment. At the end of the wash the tire treatment didn’t even activate. 🤔
