a month agoCar wash was good. I paid for the $11wash. Washed my pretty good but didn’t get all the bugs off from our trip to Florida. The worst part was the vacuums.. the vacuum wouldn’t suck up any of the dirt, hair or lent off the carpet. I asked the attendant inside about it and he looked confused. I asked him how to get up the hair and lent. He replied maybe use a lent roller.. really!!!a month agoDecided to try out the unlimited membership on 2 of my vehicles, went thru multiple times with both vehicles and not once did the tire shine work. Why pay for a service you’re not getting, and on numerous occasions went to get the car washed and the bays are all closed. I understand that things need to be fixed, but should be a way via text or email that the wash bays are closed. Membership canceled3 months agoDon’t use your credit card here! I tried to use my credit card and couldn’t make it work. The attendant came out to help. I ended up paying with cash. My credit card was charge as well so I paid $32 for a $16 wash. A few weeks later I was at home and had a $32 charge pop up on my credit card from Whitewater. I hadn’t been there in weeks so I know it wasn’t me. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and that is ongoing. I called Whitewater and left a message. They never called my back.The wash is fine and it’s a convenient location to my house but I will never use my credit card here because it was stolen and the company clearly doesn’t care. I cancelled that card and got a new number. I just got a form in the mail to fill out for the dispute. It’s a hassle but I’ll do it to try to get my $32 back since the owners of this car wash are not interested in helping a customer who was charged for services they never received. Use cash only!!
2 months agoAlthough the staff was very friendly I wouldn’t recommend on a new car. Went through 2 times and the back of my car was covered in tiny scratches. Had to have buffed out. The dryers/blowers and towels are great but not great enough to continue to pay a monthly plan.2 months agoI had originally gone to Whitewater Express and bought a month-long pass for Father’s Day. I had asked if I could just get a month as I was just seeing if my father would like it enough to get another month. Close to a month later, I was charged for a second month without my knowledge. Noticing this I called the store where I was told if I wanted to cancel the membership, it would be active immediately with no refund. I was okay with them charging me for the second month even though the associate did not mention this whatsoever when I purchased the pass. If they have a system that can’t even just stop renewals after the end of the month and they just have to cut you off it’s about time you upgraded. Incredibly disappointed with my experience that started well.

4 months agoThis is the best car wash I’ve ever been to. I’ve been coming here for over 20 years! Everyone here is so nice. This car wash will never damage your car. They also have so many services such as different car washes, interior detail packages, exterior detail packages and head light lens cleaning process to remove fog from the lens. This place comes highly recommended!!! Great value and service!!!a year agoDecided to get “the works” because It was recommended by someone plus the reviews were convincing. When I got back to the house, I didnt realize the condition of the car. The door still had stains, the cup holders haven’t been cleaned, The glovebox had stains still on it like never been wiped down. if I could have given it 0, I would. cost $39.70 just to get your car halfway done. Go somewhere else.4 months agoI like the thoroughness of this place but out of three visits, I have gotten three different prices for the exact same service on the exact same car and day of the week, ranging between $16.99 and $22. When I inquired this last visit I was told the price varies, depending on which person takes your order and is entirely up to the individual “salesman” as they referred to the intake person. As good as an auto car wash gets. They have great prices and the memberships pay for themselves quickly. They also have towels and vacuums for free after your wash!
I liked the fact that is car wash has free vacuuming to complete your car wash , however as most of these drive through washes never really get your clean, they way you could do at your home. Personally I would do it if I didn’t have time to do it myself, but paying $40+ dollars a month for unlimited washes is crazy, unless you go a few times a week. Just my opinion.
I travel across the country full time and I’ll say that this car wash is about average for what I find around here. I’m still disappointed – in a world of $20 car washes, I don’t see a reason why they can’t include towels, glass cleaner, and mat cleaners along with the free vacuums. And as for the vacuums, they only have the crevice tools and not the upholstery ones. You can pay a $4 towel fee, which just feels insulting. I realize they are trying to mitigate for stolen towels, but lost towels seem like a standard operating cost to me.
As it is, I left with a car mostly clean on the outside – it really struggled to get the front of my car clean, I had to go home and do it by hand. But it did admirably well on the underbody clean. I just wish I could have had the chance to clean the inside of my car as well. I’m still left with dashboard dust and dirty interior glass.
So, it’s about average for what’s commonly available, but no better.
This chain has been better than others that I’ve tried. My car is left cleaner than any other place and I have not had any issues with scratches or dents in over a year of membership. I also got the unlimited wash so I can run through a many days as I like, especially through the winter or rainy seasons.
As always great service and awesome wash! Love the free vacuum! This is our go-to car wash in the area!
