3 months agoUsed to be my car wash, until…..the old 50+ year old manager who got out of bed on the wrong side accused me of not reading the rules. Yes, I didn’t know cleaning out a truck bed (part of my oversized truck) was one of your rules. I got out of cleaning the bed when you pointed out that rule. I just had gravel dust in bed, moving furniture later today. Your behavior, language supports that I need to find another car wash..please Sir, seek help..4 years agoIf you live on gravel roads. Try to wash your car or truck. They will kick you out. You have to have a clean car to be able to wash here… .It simply is true. Look at Mike conners review he is a mail carrier that drives on gravel roads. You kicked him out. Do you think he’s mudding in his jeep.
Here is a picture of that trailer with gravel all over it. Thats after 4 days and some rain. Was the 26ft trailer in the stall? NO.. my truck was. That’s what I was trying to wash not the trailer. I always wash down the stall wether it’s my car or truck
Go drive on any gravel road after it rains. So you know what it looks like. Then you can go wash your vehicle at your competitors. Since you don’t alow it. That is not MUD. change your sign and add any visible grim.

10 months agoOne star is too much credit for this worthless car wash out dated from the 1980s. Sensors don’t work. Automatic spray poles that circle your car vehicle will hit your vehicle. Then, the whole wash will shut down and kick you out! Forcing you to leave with no wash. Oh, then you think you can call the phone number on the door and tell someone to refund your money, right? NOPE, no answer leave a message. 3 days later and still no call back. So if your going to waste your money at this degenerated, outdated, money scam of a place you better pay with credit card. As a credit card payment at least you can call your card company and force a charge back on these scam artists. WHERES MY MONEY??? you people are thieves betting on those who don ‘t pay your prices with cash.a year agoWe live on the west side of Iowa City. There are many nearby car wash options in our area, including in Coralville, but I like 4 Seasons Car Wash because of their touchless laser guided system. It’s economical and does a fairly good job. It does not clean as well as having the car hand washed, or pre-washed by hand at some of the local washes, but in most cases it does well enough. It saves time because usually there isn’t a line and it goes quickly. My advice would be to try it out with your vehicle and see if you like how it does.in the last weekHard to find DIY car wash bays anymore!

2 months agoLiving the MVP car washes. But I think there should be only one guy guiding vehicles into the loading area. Because it’s guys there spraying the front windshield, when the last guy is guiding you in but the view is obstructed from the water 🌊.I just turn on my wipers for a clearer view.
And lastly, why after every wash there’s dirt on the top back lift gate? It’s never much dirt but for the amount of water being used and being a MVP member should mean I shouldn’t have to go throughout twice.
Other than guys I love the club car wash in coralville. I have not had the time to visit the club in Iowa City 🌆 Oh one other thing I just thought of…Club Car wash should be 24hrs for 👑MVP👑 MEMBERS ONLY🤧😁
5 months agoMy car was not all that clean after It was washed. Could have ran through a second time.😞 I do love the damp cloth they offer so you can wipe down the inside as you are going through the wash.2 months agoGot a big old scuff on my vehicle’s right rear corner after running through this wash. I haven’t been through a car wash for years because of this fear – guess I should have stuck to my original thought process. Other than that it got the exterior decently clean.8 months agoNever have towel for the fast lane. When I ask for it I am given a towel and some attitude.Vacuum are sometimes too weak.
I have attached my car after an Elite wash. It is covered in soap foam after the wash.
4 months ago$10 Tuesday deal is awesome!! Car body and tires looked great but my windshield was still very dirty. Free vacuums with wash is also a plus.

BE CAUTIOUS- DAMAGED VAN- My husband took our van through this car wash and the fabric brushes tore our rear fender off. Company said totally our fault because they looked at camera of van going in and could see it was just protruding a millimeter and that is what caused their brush to catch it and tear it off. We have tried to get them to reimburse us for the remaining prepaid washes that we will not use due to this incident. They have not replied to any of our emails.
I went there last Friday. I had worse experience ever since couple years. Right side mirror was scratched on the exit before leaving the tunnel. 1 of attendant Kenadee Showalter made claim report. She told me having same types of issues with many customers. Yes she is right on this because when we look at exit wall on picture. She told me that they will take care of it. And on Monday I received a call from their claim department telling me that they can not help. I asked why? Easy answers were “sorry we can’t help on this” multiple times. I went there today to see manager there to get answer why they can not help since claim department had no reasonable answers. The manager told me to move my car to cross the street Walmart parking lot saying they need space for their other customers even there are many empty lots. Seems trying to just ignore my issues. So made me to find the way to go legal fight. Not recommending this place since they are not responsible for any issue.
Pretty good experience with an easily correctable flaw. Inexpensive to get the salt off your car quickly–however if you’re not used to the setup, they don’t give you any heads up. Before you even get into the bay, the teenagers start hosing your car including the windshield–I’m pulling up and couldn’t see where or if they wanted me to put the car in neutral because they had obscured the instruction sign with all the water spraying on my windshield. Teenager was obviously miffed at me so I said this is my first time and I couldn’t see anything. Young woman taking payment was super friendly though.
I would recommend asking people if this is their first time using the service and giving a rundown of procedure if it is, particularly if they’re going to continue having people hose you down from 20 meters out.
Great car wash only thing my car stalled at the end of the rail. It don’t stop if a car stalls at the end. I was lucky to get it started and leave before something could of happened. Otherwise the car wash speaks for itself! It’s amazing! 👍👍
Absolutely love this place. I come in two different trucks about once a week per truck. The staff are always professional and focused. Any interaction I’ve had with any one of them has been pleasant. My only issue is I never carry cash, and I would love to tip! You guys should have a Venmo QR code available to scan through customer windows so they can tip on the spot! I would tip every time if there was a digital option.
