3 weeks agoSounds corny but this is like a little excellent place to put the car in neutral through the wash and enjoy it and feel like your getting a break. I go almost daily with the higher monthly plan. I absolutely LOVE their mat washing machine and the moist microfiber rags. Everyone is always nice as well. No complaints2 weeks ago5/5 so far!!! LOVE coming here with free mat washers?! Good vacuum and good service and if car is still dirty you can get in again!!!!! never going anywhere else unless something goes wrong I love washing my car there❤️I literally said “this is an EPIC place to be at” no pun intended lola year agoI went to Epic Shine Car Wash for first time last week. The place is very clean the service is very fast. They offer a 3 day Rewash, save your receipt. The Big plus they have clean towels to dry off my truck..I will always use Epic Shine Car Wash over any other drive through car wash in Caldwell Idaho..5 months agoEpic is a great car wash because it is reasonably gentle on your vehicle. Others like Mister beat on the cars unnecessarily. Epic’s subscription came with bonus months which made it much more economical. I’m happy with my subscription and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a good place to take their vehicle.3 months agoI’ve had a membership for a couple of years, recently noticed my fee went up $5 from $25 to $30, no notification. I called 3 times, left messages two of the times after two weeks and no one returned my call, I went and canceled it. Employee did not ask for a reason. Guess they have plenty of business. Car was was always mediocre, husband actually hand washed it today and said it looks better. Dryer was never great, and bugs always left on the windshield.

11 months agoThis place needs some repairs and soap.. Stopped in for a car wash and it really doesn’t dispense much soap so it’s more like a car rinse than a car wash.. the vacuums don’t have hoses so I assume that they don’t work.. pretty much a waist of money in my opinion .. I really don’t recommend wasting your money and time here.. I definitely won’t be coming back to this place..good luck if you do9 months agoI have tried this car wash a few months ago not knowing that when I stuck a 20 and I would get tokens instead not quarters. No it doesn’t say it is going to give you tokens back. it would not be a big deal at all if anything in the car wash worked at all it is very deceptive.Along with allowing people to continue to deposit their money and not leaving a sign out saying this car wash is not working at this time please try again later or anything. I have left a couple notes with my phone number on the door and I’ve gotten no response hoping to see or text me and I can at least get a refund but no luck. I just left my phone number yet on the door so I recommend not using the car wash at all…. Do not care about their customers whatsoever they only care if they are getting peoples money even if they are not actually suppling a working service…. It’s too bad too because it used to be an awesome car walk ran by awesome people but the new owner must’ve taken over and he does not care at all
6 months agoNo one will ever respond if you have a costumer complaint. There is no phone number and emails go unresponded. Can not contact anyone for a solution. Most of the time the machine are out of service and not working but that’s only after you put your money in.9 months agoWARNING – Don’t waste your money. Nothing and I mean nothing but the water worked. The brush was broken and only one of the bays was operating. On top of that it charged $10 even though we only used 2 min of pressure wash before we realized nothing worked and turned the setting to STOP.11 months agoComplete rip off. None of the soaps or other chemicals worked. The sump was clogged, and flooded the bay. After reading recent reviews this appears to be a problem the owner should be aware of, but there’s no signage indicating that all you’ll get for your money is a weak pressure washer. Firmly in scam territory, they’re taking money for services they can’t deliver.

This car wash always cleans my car well, with no damage. Added bonus is friendly employees, it makes a big difference to me when the staff is smiling and kind.
I got the medium priced wash and discovered my entire car was covered in scratches from the plastic scrubby’s. I reported this to management and they took my info then called me to tell me they wouldn’t do anything at all. Don’t be fooled folks; they will take your number and call you back, but they will do ABSOLUTELY nothing about scratching your car. My car is ruined and looks horrible and the reason I know this for a fact is because I usually wash and wax my own car, so I know all of the imperfections on my car already. Now I have a LOT of new scratches on my beautiful car and am disgusted with this company. DO NOT go here; find a place that uses cloth to wash your car. Thank you for listening.
I just received the worst car wash of any Treasure Valley car washes I have used. It did not dry my car and by the time I got home the car looked worse than prior to my having it washed. Completely water spotted and the vacuums were weak. Cannot recommend this company.
I go here because it’s convenient for my commute home. Won’t be going again. I denied when they asked for a tip and the gal at the kiosk said “wow”. Sarcasm or not that is a terrible response. Tips are for service workers; hotel staff, restaurant severs, beauticians, stylists, massage therapists and the like. the worker can go a little extra to be creative, more knowledgeable, caring, or detailed in their service and a tip is never expected but appreciated as it shows extra gratification for the service they provided.
Pushing buttons and asking for a tip is a joke.
