  1. Ms.Jamie is the only groomer Pablo has ever known! He gets excited when we mention her name and even more so when he sees her. She takes pride in her work and is no doubt the nicest, sweetest, most kind person who works there. She genuinely loves Pablo and he senses it. It’s always a treat for Pablo to go pick out a few toys after he gets groomed.

  2. Bought my cockatoo some new Christmas outfits. They are so cute on. I can’t believe he wears the hat! Cat size, if you are wondering. Sometimes it’s guinea pig size.

  3. Lots of pet products available here. I came for a pet carrier, dog treats, and potty pads. They had everything I needed. Recommend this store for large selection of pet food and other necessities.

  4. I enjoyed looking around the store at all the different kinds of pets and items for pets I might even get an aquarium that had so many different sizes and varieties of interesting things to put in the aquarium’s

  5. Had the cat food I needed, plus a few fun toys for the kitty. Excellent customer service from the employees.

    They also told us we were able to donate some cat food we received by mistake from Chewy. They said it will be donated to a local cat shelter.

    We just adopted our first family puppy from this place and we are very grateful for them. Everyone that works there was so happy and kind and helped us with everything so well. This location is super nice and very clean inside and out, we would definitely recommend them to anyone looking to adopt or rescue a new pet.     My first time adopting and I am overjoyed with my bundle her name is Sophia. She is the perfect lil angel and it’s always wagging her tail like crazy and is spoiled already. Thank you guys so much for helping me along the process and making sure I had all my pups needs taken care of before we left with her. I would definitely adopt again from here. The facility was clean and staff was attentive to guests and the pets in the shelter.

    We are currently fostering to adopt a dog through here and they are amazing. The dog I am soon to adopt is sweet as pie and such a great fit for my family. At first we thought we wanted to adopt a puppy but then fell in love with our girl Regal! She’s 3 yrs old and the best!! This place is very clean and the dogs truly seem happy and well taken care of. Not all shelters are like this. Tons of animals are still awaiting their furever home!! You should stop in and see them. Even if it’s just for a visit.

    I had a lovely experience at the Catio! All the staff members were incredibly friendly and welcoming. There were so many adorable, friendly kitties (young and old) that were ready to play or cuddle. You could tell that the cats were well taken care of and happy in their environment. If I lived in Nashville, I would have almost certainly gone home with a kitten. If you’re visiting and miss the cats in your life back home, or just need some pet therapy l- I’d highly recommend checking out the Catio!

    I was in town while my partner was at a conference and decided to see if there was a cat cafe in town because I’ve never had the chance to visit one before. The Catio was incredible! Run by knowledgeable and caring people, it’s a lovely, large, clean and creative space with lots of places for cats and people to interact. The cats were all very socialized and you could tell they were comfortable- there was no force to play or visit or be held but they were also fine if they got some sleepy ear scratches while they snoozed. The Catio also makes sure to indicate which cats are bonded so there’s no kitty heartbreak going on. There are snacks, drinks, great merch (both living AND wearable, wink wink) and it’s only $12/hour. I stayed for two hours and it was wonderful, highly recommend for a visit or an adoption!

    My partner and I paid for an hour and it might have been the best hour of our lives (though we lost track of time and ended up being like an hour and a half. Sorry!!) This is the third cat cafe we’ve been to and the best by far. They sell treats to give to the cats and they go absolutely crazy for those things. There were 15-20 cats, including 4 or so kittens. Most of the cats were pretty lively and comfortable being pet. No scratches or anything but love bites. Staff was very friendly and informative. Would go again if visiting the area.

    I loved the Catio! It was so fun to be able to go hang out with a whole bunch of super cute kitties. Knowing that our money spent there goes towards taking care of these sweet adoptable babies was also great. A great place for any animal lover to visit! Maybe you’ll even get to bring your newest family member home with you.

    A friend and I stumbled upon The Catio and decided to check it out! We went in and were happily greeted, only $6 to play with and love on all these sweet kitties that are up for adoption. The kitties were all so sweet and loved having us, and we enjoyed our visit! The staff were friendly and thoroughly cleaning the whole time we were there! It was a great experience and a great way to help out these cats that need homes 💓 Here are some pics of some of the sweeties I met.
