  1. We just adopted 2 kittens from TAF. The kittens had been in foster care since they were 3 days old. We knew we were approved and just had to wait until they were old enough. The foster moms were so great at keeping us updated and sharing pictures. When we picked them up from their surgery the staff was very kind and they explained everything we needed to know. I highly recommend adopting over buying a pet. Not only are you saving the lives of the animal you bring into your family, you make space for another animal to be saved.

  2. This location of the animal foundation is horrible. I had all intentions of adopting, my daughter and I showed up not knowing how this location was operating. I ask the front desk recipients if they do a meet and greet with your own dog and she was so rude in explaining things to me and was quickly giving me papers and didn’t want to help me. It was my first time adopting and we had been over to the Henderson location and everyone there was awesome and helpful, so I expected the same.
    I didn’t even finish my search at the location because she was so rude that I was completely disappointed and left.
    Now I know why that facility is so over crowded, there staff and the process was way to extensive.
    We left and went back to the Henderson location, and was able to do a meet and greet with our dog and we left in a hour time with our new family member (Sharpie 6 months old) we are so Happy with our experience at the Henderson location.
    I will not recommend or refer anyone to this location.
    They need a better system!! And helpful, friendly staff!!

  3. Do not surrender your pets here. This place is a HIGH KILL shelter that fired its last COO because he gave them a report on their shelter and he stated that they needed to do better. Attached is a picture of people protesting the Animal Foundation’s bullying of pet partners and lack of leadership.

  4. We adopted our baby, Moose from here back in December. He is our world. The adoption process took a very long time, but for a good reason. There was many people there to adopt other pets. Thank you !

  5. I really enjoyed my time at the shelter working with the cats representing Boys Town. The volunteer coordinator, staff & Michael the volunteer were great! I will come back to volunteer. Thank everyone for all the services they provide for the animals. Blessings to All.

    When my French Bulldog tweaked their back jumping on and off the furniture I knew a ramp was the perfect solution. Rue loves to snuggle on the couch and jumps up and down every time. The vet said to discourage this to avoid more back problems. This ramp is perfect. It’s ready to use right out of the box. It’s adjustable, so it works in a variety of settings. You can choose which wood finish works with your decor. There are even helpful hints on training your pet to use it! It’s very sturdy and folds flat when not in use. We love it!

    I have been searching so long for a good bed for my pup. I’ve ordered several and have been disappointed by all of them. They all claim to have memory foam, but I have found that the majority of beds that make that claim have shredded foam of some sort, but no support. I wanted a memory foam bed for my pup like I have for myself, not shredded foam, or egg carton foam. This bed is wonderful. It really is 4 inches thick and is so soft and comfortable. My little guy just curls up in this bed and looks so comfortable. I highly recommend this bed. I would not mislead you. This bed is the best.

    Our rescue pup loves his medium Cozy Calming bed but it seemed a little large. I ordered the small bed and he sleeps in it every night, instead of on our bed. The bed is easy to care for and it is so soft. You also have the nicest staff to work with! Thanks for making Buddy so happy

    On the first day they went up and down without any problem , i feel like they feel more secure and stable with the ramp than the stairs that we had before. Good thing our bed is not tall. We have the ramp at the second slot, if our bed were taller, the ramp would be more inclined and I feel that they could slip down the ramp. For the peace of my mind I love the ramp, it’s working great with my dogs personality. The customer service was great, the ramp is very well made and very sturdy, not bulky.

    I used this safety seat to travel 2 hours each way round-trip with my two Chihuahua mixes. It is compact, easy to install, and was perfect in calming my buddies and encouraging them to snuggle and sleep. I love the two little seat belts that attach to the harnesses. I also used a previously purchased harness belt that attaches directly into the seatbelt as a third point of contact to keep the safety seat in place. I really love this product!

    After having lost our two long time family cats ( 20 plus years ) we stop by during an adoption event and adopted to beautiful kittens. The day we stopped in a local celebrity was working the adoption center and helped us pick out the two kittens we wanted. I Was a little disappointed that the store did not have available the adoption coupon booklets for reduced prices on food, but it was a busy adoption weekend and they had run out.

    The staff was very helpful and patient when helping me learn how to set up my fish tank. The sales lady spent a lot of time with me giving me advice and helping me pick fish that go well together. Management was great too.

    Caring, sweet and helpful staff. Always a wonderful experience! Pet lovers are the best! Anyone who works at a pet store are always friendly, warm and inviting. Also love the groomers. I understand petsmart making sure to take care of our pets by setting muzzle rules but they also need to protect their employees. If a customer says it’s ok to muzzle especially since the customer knows their dog is afraid of brushes and furminators, they should allow their employee to muzzle before potentially getting bit. They can still take 20 minute breaks. I know they will do everything to make sure my dog is just fine, I want to make sure they are safe too. Added some cute photos of their Halloween items they now have available.❤️

    Every now and than I go here because it’s so close to office max and pier 1. I was super happy I found a Halloween costume for my son recently when I went how ever it kind of sucked I brought a bone too but I had to take it back it had something crawling around in it it look like ants. I returned the bone the Manager on duty was super nice she took them all off the shelve she was nervous it was inside of all of them.

    I always come to this location for our fish tank needs. The store is always clean and the staff is always ready to help out. Found exactly what I was looking for, a new heater for the tank. They have FUPI cats in the front sometimes that need homes. Will definitely be back.
