  1. Very friendly and helpful to me. I was looking for something to help with a stray cat my daughter and I rescued last year. We put Advantage II for fleas on him the first time was just a small dose then a few weeks later finished the rest of first vial, everything was okay. Then the second time half of the vial and he started acting strange and started chasing his tail, howling, meowing and hissing like he was out of his mind. It looked like a strong reaction to the medicine. We went to the store and no one could help us. We asked about their policy on this particular brand, because it was 6 months out, couldn’t be exchanged. So we have a scary cat until we can find a solution in the meantime I sing to him to calm him down. It works or he’s a good “actor” in falling asleep to have me stop singing, lol. Anyway maybe my next trip will be earlier in the day. Thanks, Peggy 💫🧑‍🦳💜

  2. Petsmart is a good place to go if you own or looking to adopt pets. They have a great selection on tropical fish to exotic reptiles! And for all you dog ow6..they have a huge selection of dog products ranging from a wide assortment of toys to all types of dog food to even grooming services. You can even bring along your furry friend to shop inside!! And for you cat owners..they also carry an assortment of cat foods and toys!! This place offers you a great welcoming and friendly service as well. And if you own a different type of pet like a hamster or rabbit or fish this is the place that will carry all your supplies and food as well.

  3. Seems only store which had my dogs prescription diet for diabetes in stock. Staff was super helpful when I called to see if they had it and put up by register for me. A pleasant shopping experience

  5. Loved to see puppies in training and kitties up for adoption. I was wondering around a bit lost within the aisles, but was quickly attended by a keen customer service representative. The store is well stocked and the aisle clean. Found new treats for my spoiled kitties, and their favorite wet cans. Got the smart pet tag from Pawscout to try on Molly…the party kitty.

    For over 2 years they would price match their in store product to online at the register all I had to do was pull up the website. On my recent visit I tried the exact same thing, pulled the product online which was $1+ cheaper however the lady at the register said they now have to check on their scanner rather than us showing them and guess what? It was coming out as $2 more expensive than in store 🤔 we were literally on the same website. I don’t want to assume they now want you to pay in store prices.

    The staff were very kind and friendly but obviously overwhelmed and overworked. The products I ended up buying would have been $16 cheaper if I’d ordered them online for pick up. Not sure how thats fair? The problem was that the actual item I nearly bought for pick up wasn’t even in stock, though the web site said it was. I usually avoid petco because I don’t agree with them selling live animals but it was an emergency purchase and now I dislike petco even more. Give the staff a raise though, they were lovely.

    When I first arrived there was no one around to help me. The store is very clean, but the fish selection is limited. I do come here to pick up food and some supplies. If you can track somebody down to help you, you’re good to go. I recommend just asking the cashier and not leaving that spot until someone arrives.

    I’m sorry I posted this late but I really want to thank I believe her name was Alyssa at the register she was really helpful from when I walked in until I paid was very respectful even though it was super packed she still did her job it was my first time there and I’m definitely coming back because of her service!!

    Petco is always a good place to visit when you need food etc. And usually they have what I need on hand. But today and usually once a while they’ll be out of stock. But again that’s something that’s hard to control. Overall nice experience, customer service could be better at this location.

    OK, I just spoke with THE NICEST person on the phone as I was trying to make an appointment. I was so impressed by how NICE DeAndre was! I brought my oldest fur baby here 16 years ago & NOTHING has changed about the way they treat people!

    Update 9/10/21: got here at 640am and the person in front of me in line got the last vet visit. I’m here on Saturday at 600am sharp and am 3rd in line. Make sure you get here early if you want to see the vet. See my review for vaccinations below. Cheap and efficient. Get in line for an hour or 2, get your appointment, get the puppy vaccinations, pay your bill, done. I brought a chair, arrived at 650am and was 13th in line, got a 915am vaccination appointment 15 minutes after they opened at 8am, was called in at 915am, they took my puppy in to get shots at 925am, they came back out at 930, I waited in line to pay $50 for first set of shots and a flea treatment, was out by 945am. Staff are friendly knowledgeable and patient. Note that you can get vaccinations also if you see the vet. I thought you had to choose one or the other but you can do both. Also note that you don’t have to bring your puppy while you wait in line. If you are there for vaccinations, it means your puppy is not protected. If you have no one to take care of your puppy, keep your puppy in a carrier and off the ground. Also, please clean up after your dog! When I left, I noticed at least 3 new poop piles and had to alert the nurse of pee on the floor.

    Affordable and friendly. Come early if you want an early enough appointment. Line gets pretty long by 7am. At least on the days that I take my two chihuahuas

    Staffs are nice and friendly and low cost for vaccinations. It opens MWF at 8am, but line starts forming at 7am.

    Cheap but long wait. Worth the wait to pay so little. Taken 6 cats here now and kept 3 and 3 got adopted. Great and friendly service would recommend coming here during the week cause it gets super busy during the weekend.
