3 weeks agoMy wife and I love shopping here. Great selection and great prices. The best part about this Costco is definitely the gas station. Their gas station manager Debbie is a one in a billion gem of a person, and my wife and I are always thrilled when we get to say hi to her. Her friendliness makes our experience at this Costco one that can not be replicated. Debbie is the best!!!!!3 months agoCostco : It’s huge one stop solution shop and it’s membership only. you can see the shop timing in my photos. You can buy almost everything on discounted or less price but in bulk.2 months agoWe frequent this Costco often, but produce and home goods selections at other Costco locations seem to be a touch bettera week agoHere are three reasons to dislike Costco: -if you’re restocking from a grocery list to feed your family, they frequently just don’t have certain items. Last night they didn’t have sliced cheese. Of any kind.-Yeah, it’s convenient to pick up clothing staples, but if you’re a man with smaller than 34″ waist or smaller than a 46″ chest, good luck. They really only carry L and XL sizes and everything is “relaxed fit,” – ie, even bigger
-They don’t enforce the city’s or their own no non-service animals policy. It’s pretty common to see people carrying their little toy dogs under their arms while picking through the food. I’ve filed at least three complaints with the city about this.
a month agoThe worst experience in a Costco store. This Costco location has the worst customer service workers I’ve ever seen. Rude, unprofessional, and a big don’t care attitude. The information employees were extremely rude for no absolute reason. If you hate your job why make it miserable for those who encounter you. I went there to get a new card so I can buy the new DJI MIN3 pro drone. What should’ve been a 10 minutes visit and a 1000$ transaction, became 45+ and 0$ for the store just because of an arrogant rude worker. Your company has been hacked before, I showed you my ID for you to verify that the account belongs to me. Why do you want to scan and store it in your system that’s a big NO, not after you’ve been hacked.. I also felt bad for how some other people who were told they cannot pay for their groceries because they’re using a family member’s card (a new policy or old one that they’re enforcing now so they can get more members) it doesn’t matter, but really the way those people were told to leave their carts and leave the store was condescending. I’ve never thought I’d have such a bad experience especially at Costco. But as others said the manager at this store doesn’t care. What a shame?!

3 months agoDid you know this Costco sells fruits and veggies cheaper than the Costco in Glenview? You are welcome.This Costco is much more packed, crowded, and offers more food samples than most other locations. However the parking lot is crazy with many bad drivers double park and blocking others. You know who you are🤣
a month agoIt is not the best place for a single person with a small living place. Everything is sold in large quantities. Not enough help on the floor. The rows are not marked and no map for the store. It makes it very difficult to find items. You get a good walk searching for things and no help to ask. That is heart healthy walking so much to find items. I enjoyed the tastings. Very nice products and good prices. Major bakery and products. Wonderful place really off you have a large family, a retail shop, or lots of room in your living place. I’ve been a member for over 2 decades.a month agoTotally understand the importance of ensuring that other people aren’t using others memberships. But to check when you enter the facility then being rudely stopped at the self checkout by some ignorant female employee is a little too much. Companies pride themselves on customer experience and apparently this employee didn’t get trained on that because as I was walking away she was running her mouth.a week agoOut of the three in the area, this one is the worst. Dude in the food court tried convincing me my eyes are lying to me. Likely not coming back. Gas station is primo, thou. Always lowest prices in the area.2 months agoEmployees and managers terrible, and bad customer service!!! Rude to people like they are doing us a favor by letting us shop there. The manager in Niles Costco is very rude since I was not on the membership. My fiancee didn’t put me on since I don’t use it that much, and she was in the car waiting while I had to get her items since she was not feeling well. They humiliated me and yelled at me and said this is a private club since I was not added on the membership. They are currently verifying all memeberships by checking ID with their computer while you stand in line. They are holding up the line by checking eveyrone’s membership and asking for ID for verification. They are like the police at checkpoint. terrible place to shop. bad experience.

Have been visiting this Costco for almost 4 years now, similar to any other Costco store. Most of the items are stocked, employees are friendly and helpful. However, the clothing section is never stocked and things run out pretty quick.
I recently had the pleasure of shopping at Costco, and I must say it was an outstanding experience from start to finish. I give this store a well-deserved five-star rating!
The prices at Costco are incredibly competitive. As a member, I enjoy access to wholesale prices, allowing me to save a significant amount of money on my purchases. The value for money is exceptional, making Costco my go-to store for bulk shopping.
Huge!! Went with a friend and the sheer amount of things they have in bulk is insane. They even sold Bugatti scooters. Sample stations were in full swing. Even enjoyed one of their infamous hotdogs. It was fun. Bought their big tissue pack. I hope it’s good quality.
They need to get Scan and Go on their app like Sam’s got. And they really need a hand scanner on their self check out. I can’t understand why they don’t. The place is usually packed on any given day or time. Employees are nice but don’t really go out of their way to help you. They don’t really seem approachable. They’re more no-nonsense. Probably cause everybody is so busy. Costco usually has okay prices in store (if you shop online, you’re gonna pay more). They have a good selection of organic produce and other items. Wish they had even more organic produce. On organic items their prices are usually unbeatable.
I have been a member over 10 years. Recently when checking out I was informed I was a few days Expired I shop at this. Store once a week. I asked Tina. If she could make an exception. She talked to us in a condescending manner. I don’t see us going back. We’ve been shopping at Aldi’s and target. Costco aint all that. Bye, bye not looking back.
